I wish to highlight the performance of your staff member Abdullah in the restaurant.He always goes the extra mile for me exceeding beyond expectations.He is always trying to accommodate my requests. At times I ask for a late breakfast and he provides it to me.He is always pleasant and smiling.Very hardworking and ensures that his guests are happy.He tries to cater to my special requests and provides things to my liking.You are really lucky to have such a staff member.Please commend him and recognize him for his hard work.I expect to hear a reply back to this review and want to know if my appreciation has been highlighted to the staff member.

Very neat and clean. Tidy and cooperative staff. Comfortable rooms and calming ambiance. I have stayed at avari Dubai and this place is much better than the Dubai outlet. Food is good too. Nice experience. My preferred stay at Multan from now on.

I left out for some work leaving my wife and infant in the room. My wife had chained and locked door as i left. someone outside had the access to the room with the master key. Someone from your staff asked whether anyone inside the room after first knock on the door. My wife replied, yes she is in the room. Despite of her confirmation that she is in the room, the staff tried to open the door with the master key but the door was locked due to chain lock. he tried to open the door despite of all this, to which my wife pushed the door back ensuring the door is locked again.This is privacy invasion and your staff should have never opened the door with the master key when the room was occupied. the checkout time was 1:00PM as it was on special request.

I have enjoyed my stay here.The staff has been very accomadating and helpful. Reception staff Fiza, Sadaqat and Sarmad have been very helpful.Room service staff Abdullah and Asif are always looking after my needs. They ensure that my requests are catered to always.Housekeeping staff Mujjahid, Ilyas, Asif and Kashif are very hard working. Always trying to keep the room clean. They know I am particular and clean up my room well.The laundry staff makes sure my clothes are well starched.The menu needs to be revamped. The vegetable of the day is the same one everyday. No change. The daal also is the same always. Please change the menu and the vegetable of the day needs to be different everyday.New things need to be added.Overall the hotel is good. The standards are maintained.Please commend the staff from me.

Avari Xpress Boutique residence is best hotel to stay in Multan city,unfortunately I had to face hot water problem for two days though they fixed the problem but still a bad experience.

I never disliked but this is just a mere guest house not a proper hotel and the staff is not that professional however few are really good specifically the GM of this place rest the staff really needs to be trained to deal with the customers

The staff is so unprofessional including staff at reception. I had very bad experience during my stay on 2nd Jan at Avari Xpress Hotel Multan. Staff entered in my room without permission by using their electronic cards to unlock the door, there is no privacy at all. When i complaint to reception they were so rude too. Washroom accessories were incomplete, when i ask reception they just ignored. I cant believe how could this be 4 star.

Stayed at Hotel One for 2 nights last weekend.- Super easy booking, ring direct and all sorted within 3 minutes.- Location is central with a car park next door, take your ticket into Motel One and they will scan it for 15% off, we payed £22 for two nights.- Beautiful decor in the reception/bar area.- Staff were all helpful and friendly and dealt with any queries straight way.- We stayed in a wheel-chair access room on the 4th floor which was spacious, clean and modern with great lighting (perfect for makeup).- TV with freeview channels, TV/coffee facilities/hairdryer (massively impressed with the quality)/choice of pillows/plenty of plug sockets- Great value for money which was the main reason we booked and glad we did so- Only negative was the free wifi seems to be a foreign ip address so we could not stream programmes from itv/channel 4 etc.
