Sitting arrangement is good but nt a single cup of tea in business class
Now days terminal shift to Hussain Abad near chock khomara wala.

I have used this terminal many times but there are a lot of things wrong with it. The seating space is very limited. Although TV is installed in the passenger lounge but it remains off most of the time. Toilets for gents had serious cleanliness issues during my visit.

Different ETA for same destination at different timings
Seats are very congested. There is a starting problem in the vehicle. The vehicle has been suddenly stop and not running properly. May b it can be a issue of driver who can not run the vehicle properly. I travel kainat travel from Rawalpendi to Lahore many times but i dont saw such practice there. I am feeling bore in this journey. The breakfast and launch condition is not good. The company should also look after regarding these issues.

Buses are luxury, screen fixed like Airbus. WiFi dont work. Food system is bad. I had traveled from Rawalpindi to Karachi. In Multan, they stopped bus for breakfast and Fajar.Restaurant spokesman announced free breakfast.There was a Punjabic food. In the name of Paratha, a dry bread given with boiled cholay. Tea was not properly heated up. Milk in the tea was raw.On my complain, the representative said We cant give more then this, in package.This food was good for locals and other Punjabics. But I did not ate. It made my BP low in all day.

Nice but not as good as daewoo. Not timidly departure
Very pathetic experience due to below mentioned reasons1)i booked my ticket on-line of 10:30AM but when i reached at Rahbar stand. They told me u booked at 10:30PM. While clearly during booking there was no option of AM or PM. Infact it was 24 hour format and 10:30PM was clearly written aa 22302) Many of bus seats were found broken from below. Means when someone sits on it, it gets lifted from back side3)one of the seat was tied with ropes (Bus#LES2744) and no one could sit over it as it was hitting back seat passenger. Picture attached4) Bus atmosphere was too smelly5) Driver was too slow and while during stay in Sahiwal when everyone was having lunch. He moved the vehicle in hurry as he was trying to cover delay i guess6) head fones are either not working and whichever were working have very low sound. Every one was complaining. Moreover, OBES was hanging more often which os creating bad impression7) overall very pathetic experience. Bilal travel management needs to have focus on these quality issues to sustain in market. People who once found replacement of Daewoo shohld not return back to them due to these pitty issues

Its really good one. But the 2 terminals create confusion for the ones who not from Multan. Especially when you have purchased the tickets also online without visiting the terminal and you just reach the terminal in time and you are told that rush to the other terminal the bus is ready there to move on.

Emerging travel service in Pakistan.
Poor service. Had my ticket reserved on phone. They said come half hour before departure. I reached 40 minutes earlier but they had cancelled my ticket.
I like their service in past but not after the great evolution in faisal movers , they are the best in every aspect .
