A good plateform of satisfaction for abroad traveling

I paid for a First Class Hotel in Medina, for Umra ( Intercontinental) Rs 22,000 per night. On reaching Medina I was told there was no room at the reserved hotel and we will have to settle for a much cheaper hotel, we had to wait for four hours, my 82 years old mother with me. I called this travel agent and he promised me to pay the difference. On return to Pakistan, he kept me promising, or not receiving my calls. After a month I gave up . He is a cheat and will settle on the Day of Judgement
