Visited bank for opening of account. Whole of their dealing was based on lies. Initially, I was told that it will take 2 days to open a priority account but even after 12 days my account was not opened and their behavior was so rude . Not even a single call of mine was attended and have to visit personally to hear System error. Upon registering multiple complaints on their customer service number (111 002 002), issue was never resolved or even worse, i never heard about proceeding of my complaint. Previously, it was one of the best banks but seems like, SC is making arrangements to leave Pakistan soon. Good luck.

Good services and helpful staff. However there is a huge parking problem in front of the branch. There is no specific parking space for the customers of this branch
