Good affordable rooms. Though the room service is quite poor. For a cup of tea we had to remind twice and took us 40 min to get the tea finally.

The room did not have a full tissue box. The person at the counter boasts of a 4 star hotel but charges you even before you get access to your room. Excellent service. The fastest check in I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Rooms were brightly lit and the breakfast buffet was quite decent. The training facilities could have been better but hey this is Multan we are talking about.

Ive stayed in many hotel across Pakistan.but this hotel is one of the best so far.Their receptionist M.Awais is a really nice guy.Whenever i go to Multan this hotel is my only option.

It was a good experience to visit and feel like a home room with good friends having dinner and chit chat

Very poor standards of service. The staff seems least bothered about the guests and the property seems to be in shambles. The fixtures and fittings seem ok but mostly need some renovations. The meeting and banquet space has pillars in them and thus do not allow for a good meeting/event experience. Overall, it is a place to avoid. There are much better options available in the city and Hotel One is not one of them.

Recently, I had concluded my stay for 03 nights, last week precisely. What an amazing experience it was, starting from check-in, room service, dine-in and check-out. I would like to particularly mention that Mr. Saeed (Room Boy) returned me a good amount of cash I left in one of the trousers handed him for pressing. Likewise, another service surprise from a reception guy, Syed Sharan who gave me Wifi device for entire night as I was having issue with hotels wifi. Also, I fell sick on the second night during my stay, Ms. Syeda Hudabiya Naqvi arranged medicine for me and I was able to stand on my feet the next morning after 2 nights struggle. Even afterwards she kept asking me about my health until I was back with my family. Super Service!

This is a perfect hotel in this historic city. It has sun and sea, beach and hill walks and stunning diving, plush rooms and excellent dining, all within minutes of Old Town by bus that stops right outside the hotel entrance.very effective to the customers but staff team member is not supportive for the visitors not well behaved to supply for the services to the customer.
