Rooms were clean and tidy , bed is comfortable . Though they have adminstration issues , such as lack of manpower for room service, in night reception is empty, one location has breakfast , Card charging is also not available in both locations.

The hotel is located at very peaceful place of Multan. Environment is nice, rooms are spacious, specially suites. Room service is dull, they take too much time to reach and resolve the issue. There is no inside/outside store for purchasing items if daily use. The kitchen will not provide you a good kahwa (local black tea).

Excellent location . We had 4 rooms stayed for one night rooms were bigger. Staff was very polite & well trained. Bathroom were cleaned with proper toiletries available.Breakfast was also good. I am totally satisfied with their services. Had a wonderful stay.

Hotel location is good as it is surrounded by so many restaurants and eateries. Staff is also nice and cooperative.But hotel is designed poorly, it doesn’t look like a hotel, it looks as if hotel is fitted inside a commercial place. They have put good furniture and big LEDs but they could have worked on the layout of the room. The mattress was very squeaky and uncomfortable, which is a big no, because during travelling you need good rest.Skipped the breakfast, so don’t know how it was.

It has two wings. One wing is very good and other is average. Overall good, cooperative management, good food, neat and clean. Also have good nesting halls. Good for families as well.

Excellent Hotel and StaffThis is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional.The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of Lassi. Most importantly hotel is located in the heart of famous restaurants and shops. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Well maintained, neat & clean lodging. The only thing on the down side was, the filters of the Air Conditioner were completely choked and had to call them to get those cleaned.

This was my second visit. First one was better. Their staff needs training. If the room is double occupancy they wont provide two towels unless you tell them. The sad part is that youve to tell them daily. Im giving 4 star just for the room.

Extremely poor service.I booked two executive rooms for two days. After one day, they abruptly asked us to leave as some one else was asking for whole floor.Be prepared to be kicked out if they get a bigger customer.Receptionest denied to accept payment by credit card. Said that card is not working without even trying.the staff stole my type C charger, which is weird as its not that expensive. so beware of your stuff and surroundings.some of our friends stayed in other hotels and said good things about them.

It was a good experience, stayed there for 3 days, their staff is courteous, food and tea is good rooms are quite spacious, bright and clean. Room service is good. Internet was working perfectly fine. It is located at a prime location in a very peaceful place in gulgasht. The only issue is windows. They dont have windows in rooms though there is ample ventilation through exhaust fans (in washrooms) but I always need window in my room since I am claustrophobic, the rest was fine. Breakfast and wifi is complementary. Mix Tea, Omlete, bread, jam, juice, lassi, pakistani breakfast etc is served as buffet in breakfast. Value for money.
