TCS is Pakistans largest cargo and courier service provider company with dedicated, competent and professional staff. TCS Multan office is equipped with quality customer care staff offering your all queries within no time. The only thing i found unsatisfactory about TCS is their helpline (customer services representative/agent) having low knowledge about ground realities and even about the services being offered by TCS. I had experienced numerous times TCS Call center told me they are not offering that service but on ground, that service was being offered. Similarly, TCS Call centers never gives you area offices contact # claiming that they dont have those # but on TCS website, all those # & details are available.Anyhow, its a good courier company providing speedy delivery service in the country.

Service is good but fears are not cheap then the leopard courier service, overall tcs staff behavior is not friendly i try many office of tcs for sending and receiving like Kabirwala, Quetta, Khanewal, Khuchlak, Okara, all office staff are always in hurry and he dont care of customer and his item, tcs offer two service fast delivery reach in 3 days, and second cheep fears reach in 7 days, but tcs staff always charge amount for fast delivery moreover at the time of delivery they deliver to the wrong person and while they deliver to the right person they upload a different name of parsal receiving.
