An average experience here. The environment is okay and event management is fine. However the interior needs a lot of improvement as well as their quality of service. Neat curtains and an active staff is required! The food quality is good here. Bridal room is good and washrooms for guests are limited and far away.

A horrible experience overall and would not recommend them to anyone. Extremely expensive for the pathetic service they offerA friend of mine had selected them unfortunately to manage his reception ceremony. The brothers managing the show are amateurs who have no clue what customer service or event management is. Despite several meetings before the event and request from the groom himself that discount was not important as long as the event is managed well, it was a complete mess. The only thing these brothers cared about is the paymentI was tasked by the groom to visit the hall around 1030 am just to see if everything was set up properly. The event timings were 1230 to 4pm and lunch was to be served at 2pm. When we reached there, the linens on the lunch tables and sofas were dirty, the knobs on the buffet holders missing, and the stage was half broken. When this was highlighted to one of the brothers (apparently a manager), his response was a rude Where is the groom, he has only paid such and such amount, where is the rest of the payment instead of addressing the issues. When I gave him a piece of my mind, is only when he started telling the workers to fix the problems. Then he told us to wait for half an hour and all these problems will be fixed. In the meanwhile he had briefed his other brother who is apparently the CEO of the company on what had happened. He came over a short while later and even though I was giving him quite a lot of respect (which, in hindsight, he probably didnt deserve ) he was quite aloof in his responses. The stage was fixed though the guy responsible for it had initially refused to do so but changed his attitude when we made some noise. The other issues highlighted were also fixed after which the manager sarcastically asked me if I am happy now? I really doubt that these things would have been fixed had we not been there at 1030 but of course the organizers would always say that it would have been done. For an event that is supposed to start at 1230, shouldnt everything be ready by 11 am at least?I had also highlighted to them that the catering should be well managed and their response was that we will only serve the VIP guests as agreed - fair enough. When the lunch was served, the waiters did not bother to take away the used plates and or bring in fresh plates and spoon. Guests literally had to wait for a long time and only when we highlighted this to them, that fresh plates were brought in an adhoc manner. The brides brother came over to highlight this to me which was so embarrassing as this was our eventIn between the event, the manager again brought an invoice and asked the sister to make the payment then and there (Imagine!) as if the groom would run away as soon as the event is over. If an advance payment is already made, and the groom along with his family is there at the event, what in the world were they worried about?The right side of the walkway that leads to the groom/brides sofa was decorated with flowers and it fell apart in the middle of the event. No one was around to notice these things and fix themLater on after the event was over, the groom and the rest of us went to their office. Apparently the color the groom had chosen for the table cloth was not what was agreed earlier. The groom also highlighted the other brothers behaviour to the owner (Aftab) who called him over the phone. His response? That I was going around picking up the whole table clothes one by one (a lie) and making a lot of noise hence out of anger he had asked where the groom was and why the rest of the payment was not done - talk about customer service ! and these guys are into event management! He then apologized not even making eye contact with me and the owner (Aftab) shamelessly mentions to me that this guy is his brother (therefore I should have been more careful) instead of apologizing
Amazing guys they really knw wht thy are doing excellent keep it upWe would love to work with thm again now adays we see that an event manager is a typical one but they are really good highly educated m impressed thanks guys
