The best service I have experienced over last few years!Room service & house keeping was damn quick and very polite!Food was little spicy for my kids and they asked multiple times to send a complimentary replacement!They sent Dairy Milk for kids after hearing food was spicy!What an amazing customer service!Would love to stay again!

A good 4 star hotel. Probably the best in multan. Food is quite good and the hotel rooms are pretty nice. It is located near Multan cantonment, and the surrounding area is pretty dense. It is also used for a lot of local events. The swimming pool needs improvement though. Overall I loved my stay in Ramada Hotel.

Went for the Hi tea which was not a good experience. Food items were average and mostly consisted of pakoray samosay roles and dahi barhay poultry or meat items were scarce. Service was slow though the staff was courteous. Coffee machine ran out of milk repeatedly. Overall management was just average. Ambiance is good. Theres no parking space at all. Not a good place to have hi tea.

Clean and spacious hotel with friendly staff. Security is good if you are driving or riding. The breakfast has quite a variety of food. The executive lounge is a bit disappointing as it is converted from a hotel room (I think). It’s small with 5 table seating and food is limited. There is a butler there to serve though.There is a shopping mall within walking distance.

Certainly one of the best hotels in Multan to stay. It has a health club and swimming pool too. Very good service and professional staff. Rooms are well furnished and cleaned. Washrooms are also well maintained. One guest is provided with vanity kit, shaving and dental kit, shampoo, body lotion and comb. Decent buffet is served in breakfast. Rooms have minibar. Tea, fruit basket and water is complementary. Had a great experience overall.

Well its was not soo good..and top of that they are charging 16 % gst with card payment.. they need to charge 5% with card payment and 16 % with cash... i arguee and iniatially they said we dont have notification yet . Then i said yesterday i paid bandu khan lahore with 5%.. then i ask to cal the manager . Then i saw the manager said ok go and do that... and then i got discount instead of 5% .... i would say they are very big fish.. someone has to check them

What a nice experience in Multan! After renovation the hotel looks fresh and inviting. What got most of my attention is a well trained staff and their attention to details. Solid 4stars for that! If you are staying there a small TIP: for breakfast ask the chief to make you a fresh flat bread... It will be warm and crisp and well worth waiting for it! Enjoy! :)

Its an adorable place and food is sooooo good and delicious

We have been visiting Ramada primarily for Sunday brunch and have never been disappointed with the quality of food. A delicious combination of breakfast items like omelettes, fruit, different bakery items, juices and lunch items specially halwa puri chanay, roasted chickens, potatoes, lassi and tea etc makes you visit the place again and again.The only thing lacking is the number of items. Some sweet dishes will make the brunch more appealing.

I only bought a freshly baked cake and it was super delicious. My kids and wife loved it.

The hotel was neat and clean and the rooms were well kept but the staff was a bit rude.It was Sunday I woke up early and ordered the breakfast while my friend staying in another room woke up a bit late and he had to talk to 4 staff members just to order his breakfast, he was even ready to pay for it but still they kept tim waiting for a long time.So because of this rude attitude I would go with 3 stars.

Crispy GOLGAPPAs with fillings n tamarind chutti n water..DAHI BHALLA has the pure traditional flavor....HALEEM was also with all toppings like green chillies, fried onions, ginger etc.FINGER FISH n FRIED CHICKEN i like the most crispy outside soft inside...CHICKEN WINGS were fried n tossed in sweet n spicy sauce...VEG CHOWMEIN the crunch of vegis was there which made its taste more good...SHAMI KABAB personally i dont like them much, overly spiced n lentils taste was more then meat...CHICKEN TIKKA boti was tender n tasty...PENNE BREAD, MINI PIZZA, PUFF PASTRY, ALU SAMOSA, PAKORY, DRUMSTICKS, ROGHNI NAAN, BREAD ROLLS, BREAD STICKS n more...Now to sweet counter there was a vast variety of sweets like BROWNIES, PASTRIES, CAKES, TARTS, CREAM PUFF, FRUIT TRUFFLE, CARAMEL PUDDING n more...Sweet counter was a treat counter for a person who have sweet tooth like me....They have both options in caramel pudding the regular one n sugar free...n both was good...Cakes were so soft n spongy...I loved their brownie n caramel pudding alot...All sweets were perfect in sweetness not overly sugared which i like the most...Last but not the least TEA corner... Excellent service. Makes you feel like royalty.Breakfast is amazing, around 20 dishes to choose from. Cereals, English & continental breakfast, then the traditional Pakistani dishes to choose from.You have afternoon tea. The day we arrived we actually thought that this was the evening meal. It wasnt. Afternoon tea is like snack time. You have around 15 dishes, kebabs, chicken, fish pakora, and a whole host of other dishes like sandwiches. Dont forget deserts too.The evening meal was excellent. All pakistani traditional dishes to choose from.All in all, I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are nice and clean, and the bathrooms are fully marbled.
