I have visited many times in this office and found corrupt mafia there, some time they say come tomorrow, relevent officer is not available, sometime they told that we are not working on it now, & visit couple of days later. after this panic situation i paid commission to the dealer & within few days ownership was changed.

Its worst experience they ask 1000 rupee for appointment and than they ask double fee for transfer even the person is sitting on his desk have no fear for corruption

There is no discipline in the office, help desk is not available.Staff is mostly not available in there rooms during duty times as well.Need a hell of improvement!No proper sign boards for referring fee chart.ETO sahib needs to take effective measure to tackle the same.Its a heaven for agents and a worse place for public.

When you give under hand payment then work is fast otherwise you all know

In that office no 1 do any task without bribes

They get bribery as their right without a little remorse. Pathetic staff.
