They have good products but the Multan branch has the newborn section on the second floor without any elevator. Makes it very difficult for pregnant women and elderly to shop

I really disappointed visiting first-time Zubaidas at Multan. All the China stuff I found there, they just tagged their own Brand name on it. Prices are so high considering their rates. We have got the message of 50% Flat discount rate but when we chose garments, a salesman told us that they have a 40% discount. We said ok. At counter when bill is paid, 30% deduction has been made. This was another thing which I dislike the most. Should have a free and fair approach to attract the customer.
