What a great experience shopping at west coast appliance. Brian was my sales person and he was very friendly, very informative, not pushy but very helpful. He helped me pick out a nice 5 piece frigidaire appliance set. They ended up holding my appliances for a couple of months because my house wasn’t finished. People would call and check in with how the house was coming along and say just let us know when you’re ready and we will deliver them for free. Everyone was very nice to work with from Brian on the first day to Joe on the last day who delivered my appliances. Great people to work with. I would highly recommend West Coast Appliance

When another store in town had literally no refrigerators in stock(before even leaving that store) I called West Coast and reached Brian who was very helpful and sweet in answering all of my questions. We drove down already knowing what we wanted. 15 minutes later we were done and had the exact fridge we wanted to be delivered 10 days later. Well guess what, they had a cancelation and our awesome new fridge was delivered a week early.Everyone over at West Coast made this an easy and pleasurable experience. We will be back when we replace the rest of our appliances.

My refrigerator suddenly quit and I needed a replacement FAST with the holidays approaching. The sales staff is very helpful & pleasant and there were many options to choose from. They delivered within a couple days and hauled away the old clunker. Smooth transaction. They have earned any if my future business!

We went in to purchase a new traeger grill $699.00 and on the website the advertisement stated ANY traeger purchase qualified for a free cover and bag of grilling pellets. During the purchase process we were told that the grill we purchased was not part of the deal. There was no exclusions on the advertisement yet when the employee contacted the owner he refused to honor the advertised offer and only gave a very small discount.

We bought a home last September and were able to purchase an entire Frigidaire kitchen suite. Seth did a great job in helping us to select the best one for the features we wanted. We recently purchased an upright freezer, as we love the customer service at West Coast Appliances and Furniture, as well as supporting a local business, and the fact that we had such a good experience previously. Seth once again took care of our sale. Our freezer was delivered a few days ago, but we noticed there was some slight, visible damage. My husband called Seth to let him know, and he made arrangements to have a replacement delivered, which we will be receiving this Saturday. Very professional and its obvious that Seth and West Coast Appliance and Furniture pride themselves on excellent customer service. We are customers for life!

Rick was amazing and very informative. Everyone I came into contact there was very professional and polite. We bought a washer and dryer set and we were in and out! 10/10 would recommend!

I saw their video advertisement on Facebook one day and decided to purchase a new freezer there... the 38 chest freezer made by Frigidaire looked to be the perfect size for me and so far its been working fine... friendly sales crew and quality service... Im definitely going back for more good stuff soon!

The only reason I have given them 4 stars instead of 5 is that I felt a little rushed. I would have liked to look at everything by myself longer. The sales representative, Seth Frost, was great! He was kind and very knowledgeable and helped me to get the best deal possible. Thank you Seth!.

YOU HAVE DEFINITELY REGAINED MY TRUST AGAIN ------Bought a stove and dishwasher on a Wednesday, was told it would be delivered on Tuesday between 10am and 1pm. Tuesday 1pm came around and no West Coast. So naturally I call. Spoke to a gentleman, said he was sorry but for some reason it never got scheduled to be delivered. Next available time was another week away. One star review, because nothing was done to correct it. Nothing was done to expedite the delivery. We were just told sorry I dont know what to say. Not let me talk with my manager and see if we can squeeze you in, since it was our fault. Nothing. NOTHING!! Now I have to wait another week because someone dropped the ball. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed, especially with how much business we have done with them.

I am writing this review to save others from the terrible experience I have had here at West Coast Appliances ! Several months ago I bought a brand new Amana washing machine , at the recommendation of the salesman that was helping me. I had it for several months when it completely broke down on me. When I called for a service call to have it repaired, I was told no one could come out for a couple of weeks. When the service tech came to my house, he was here for only about 5 minutes and told me he had no idea what was wrong.... he had never seen anything like this in his 6 years of repairs. He told me he would check with the tech guys and call me the next day.....didnt hear back from him at all and called them a week later. At this point, I was told a part (board) would have to be ordered. I asked, several different times, if I could just get a different machine because this one broke down so quickly on me and I feel its a lemon. I was told no, they have the right to repair it because I have had it for some time now....What ???? My last conversation was with the sales manager , at which time I was told this as my solution..... have us come out and repair the washer and then you can sell it and come back in and I will give you a discount on a new washer. I cant believe that this would be their solution to selling me a complete lemon of a washing machine. I work really hard for my money and this has been very upsetting....SO NOT OK !!!10/19/2020 UPDATE : I find the response to my review to be rather laughable, considering it is a bunch a bull ! I would NOT of even wrote the review had I had any kind of customer service to begin with ! I was NOT taken care of in a timely matter....a month and a half is not timely ! I was without my washer for a month and a half and was not given a loaner. I had to go to the laundry mat and every time I went it was $10.00 or more each time. To top it off, the Sales Manager Kevin ended up leaving me a message on my phone that he thought I should take this review down....because I did not give them a chance to fix my washer. WHAT??? I gave them more than enough time to resolve this issue, keep in my mind I had to call several times to see what was going on. The Managers message also stated that I should take it down because of professional friendliness.....should try to give that to your customers ! Needless to say, I will NEVER be back and will make sure to tell everyone I know how my experience was !

At a time where there wasnt a big variation in Refrigerators, God put one in for us after we had been there a while. It has turned out to be one of the best we have ever had. West Coast is the only place that we have got most of our appliances. They are a great place that works hard to get you what you want. Thank you.

Bought this frigidaire refrigerator a little over 1 year ago. Upper part stop working. Freezer still working. Call West Coast for repair. And was told they are book till September and are not offering service. I wont be giving my business to them ever again. I have purchased several appliances from them since 1989. Hopefully the big box store treat you better than they have.

There are many other appliance places in the Rogue Valley - do not purchase from West Coast Appliance. Delivery of appliances was to be between 3-5 pm. No phone call until 7:00 pm saying they would be there in 15 min. Didnt leave until 10:00 pm. Refrigerator was dented and freezer would not defrost (broken seal around door) Was told new one would be in end of July. When I heard nothing I called and the new refrigerator had been in their warehouse for 2 weeks but no one had contacted me to schedule delivery. It would still be sitting there if I had not followed up. Microwave over range was installed incorrectly so exhaust fan blew air out front instead of up the vent hood. Range sat 2 inches below counter - had to tell them to level it or they would have left it that way. Asked about the noise on my new induction/convention oven fan, why did it rattle, and was told for repair needed to call Frigidaire directly because they were not taking any more service calls they had to many. One of the reasons I decided to go with West Coast was because they did Service. Purchased Traeger and was told the free cover was back ordered...I will probably never see. Once they have your money and sales person has their commission customer service is out the window. Dont fall for their sales They just search Home Depot site and match the price. Dont waste your time at West Coast Appliance.

They were great. I have been looking for a new freezer for months. They had them in stock picked one up today.

My experience with this business has been poor. After waiting two weeks for a return call or email reply, I will take my kitchen appliances purchase elsewhere. I followed up multiple times. I have never received such poor customer service from a business like West Coast. I don’t like being negative but I had to share my experience.

Great shopping experience. All questions answered. I purchased a Gladiator freezer. Home Depot was out of stock. It would have taken two weeks to get it from them. These guys delivered, installed the foot plate and removed the packing the following morning at a better price. They deserve a five star rating.

I have been window shopping recliners for a few weeks. As Black Friday got closer, I decided to wait and check the ads.I found a recliner that I like, in my price range and in the color I want, at West Coast. We went in today but they didnt have any on the floor.We were lucky to find Rick Hamlin, salesman extraordinaire. He ordered the chair for me and he couldn’t have been nicer. There were lots of customers at West Coast Appliance today and we kind of flagged him down but he really was great.There are an abundance of furniture and appliance stores in our area. I shop around to see where I can get the best deal. Ive been a customer of West Coast Appliance several times over the years. The reason I keep going back is because of the folks that work there. Rick was easy to work with, the gal (Im so sorry that I forgot her name) in the service department who took my money was cheerful towards the end of the day when they were clearly busy.Whether its furniture or appliances youre looking for check out West Coast. You just might be pleasantly surprised.

I will start with i didnt buy my new refrigerator from them (but) they are the service center for the brand. We have purchased furniture and appliances from Westcoast in the past and have sent friends and family to them. My new refrigerator stopped working and the manufacturer said Westcoast was the service center and scheduled an appointment. I contacted Westcoast to confirm appointment and they refused to do anything do to the fact we did not purchase it from them. They were more than happy to schedule an appointment and charge me for the repair for a refrigerator under warranty. I can say they will never see my business again and I will never send any one there way.

We could not be happier with the in store experience. Eve McElheny was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. We came in to buy our first new washer and dryer and were intimidated looking at all the choices and prices.Eve had us taken care of in an hour, with ease. She showed us options above and below the models we were initially looking at and gave us the pros and cons of each. We cannot wait until they get here tomorrow! We will definitely be back to see Eve when we upgrade our kitchen.

I can only comment on the parts service, I have not purchased appliances here. I have found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and so far I have ask for nothing they dont have in stock. Prices are fair. You can do better on line, but immediate availability, support of local business and advice count for quite a bit. All in all recommended when you need to repair your washer, dryer, dishwasher, range or other household appliance

Well , this’s rip off company !!! They sold us gas stove 5K cost . In 2 months it stop working . Brand new stove doesn’t work. We came to ask exchange or refund and they said they can’t refund either exchange. After a month later they sent somebody to fix it but he wasn’t able to fix it.Stay away from this place . If you are thinking to buy something then go somewhere else before you regret ! Such a horrible company! Who is the owner and manager go to HELL !!!When you charge $5’000 to us your dam face was smiling! Now you refuse to solve our problem!!!

Dealt with the sales manager and had a wonderful experience. Gave us prices up front, no pushy sales approach, very accommodating and reasonable. Was able to get delivery the next day. I highly suggest these folks and avoid those high end stores next door.

Had to get a agitator for washer with no model number and they compared it to others and found one like it onlinr and ordered it for me. Very nice

Reba was wonderful to work with. She got all the information we needed to make a decision on purchasing a dishwasher. Dishwasher color we wanted was not in stock so we had to order. Information we were given as to when it would arrive, which was within a week, and when West Coast could deliver, within day after arrival, was perfect. The installers were very nice and did a great job of installing the new dishwasher and removing old dishwasher. We will definitely recommend West Coast and will be back for other appliances when needed.

Hey this is review that’s a pleasure for me to write for once. I’m from Virginia and had been in Ashland OR to help my dying father during his last days. He wanted a nice recliner and I couldn’t find one that even came close to Amazon competitive prices until I called these guys. The associate spent a lot of quality time with me on the phone and hooked me up with a beautiful recliner for my dad. He even showed me the exact recliner that was under the Amazon price. That was awesome. I’m sure you won’t get that with every item but my point is that they are fair and straight up dealers. The place is expansive and very clean. It’s worth the drive outside of Medford too. Even the techs who loaded me up after the sale were very friendly. I highly recommend them! Go their before you shop on Amazon! Thank you WCA!

Every time i go to this store i love it more! eve really went above and beyond to help me with a recent stove purchase, she is awesome! they have the nicest sales representatives, the store is always clean, and they work hard to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. they will work with you to get what you want within your budget, even if that means discounting. i LOVE west coast— if i can’t find something i love there i wait until they have it. the other furniture and appliance stores just aren’t on their level!

I had a great experience buying a washer and dryer from here so, I decided to come here to buy a stove from them. Well, I get here at 3:30 p.m. on a Sunday, and their sign says they close at 5. When I enter the store, a rude employee says they are closed with no apology or reason. I guess a big box store will do.

Went looking for a couch, not overpriced or massive. They had a limited selection but reasonably priced, salesmen didnt hound you. Found what we wanted, bought it and they had a very inexpensive delivery price (even out to Rogue River).

Worst customer service in the business. The guy I talked to was extremely rude and cracking smart remarks. Will not be going back...

I have an extended warranty on a washer and dryer and when the washer stopped working, they not only came to pick it up same day, but also brought a loaner machine! We were purchasing a refrigerator for our elderly father. We live in So California and he lives in rural Oregon. Scott Seufert was wonderful to work with, giving us an excellent price and recommending appropriate warranty products should work need to be done in the future. They delivered and installed it (a 4 hour drive away). Were more than satisfied and highly recommend them.

I am a tad disappointed. My fiancee and I went into West Coast and met a wonderful salesman. He was great at pointing us in the right direction and knew his stuff. The next time we came in to buy what we wanted, we got an older guy that disappeared halfway through and wasnt as good as the other guy. The older guy stated it would arrive Friday and delivered to our house Saturday. No email about the purchase and no phone call. I called and was told it wont be delivered until Monday when we both work and I had cancelled things on Saturday for the delivery. I am disappointed in them and will probably go elsewhere in the future.

Once we selected the Bosch model we wanted, Shane met the price we hoped for. The appliance is installed in our home and is exactly what we expected. Decent selection. Ordered multiple items for our rental properties. Sales people will make commitments to get sale and not follow through. Deliveries are late or delayed with no communication. Managers promise calls back and dont. If you order something and need it on a deadline make sure you do your own follow up.

I bought appliances and insurance 3 years ago. Then one of the appliance does not work! Then when I call them they said I did not buy insurance for one of the item!

We live near Klamath Falls and could not find what we anted within our price range so traveled to Medford to shop. We stopped in at West Coast Appliances and never even made it to the other stores in Medford. We went in with the intention of purchasing a refrigerator. We left with purchasing that AND an electric stove AND a couch! The sales rep, Eva, was not all up in our space. She was readily available for a lot of questions that we had, but she did not hover. We are very happy with our purchases so far. We did get the extended warranty on the appliances. We were allowed to bring our old appliances in for drop-off when we picked up our new appliances, which was super helpful. When the time comes that we need a new dishwasher we will be making the drive to this store again.

I had the best experience at West Coast Appliance! I walked in, was greeted right away and shared my need with the sales associate, Scott. He directed me to product, we looked and talked and then we narrowed down my need and desire and found the perfect appliances in my price point! The loading crew was also fabulous. I had several hours to drive with a loaded pickup and the crew secure everything down very well! I highly recommend this place...and it was super convenient on and off the roadway!

One of the worst places to buy appliances service calls are horrible stove, oven and garbage disposal less than a year old and all have broken not once but three times takes over a week to come look at over a week to order parts with children and no stove top for two weeks what a pain. Do not buy from here!

We got the appliances we wanted, and West Coast agreed to sell them to us at the same cost as Home Depot. So far, so good! We had two problems. First, it took about a month for the appliances (stove and fridge) to be delivered. Second, the fridge was dented, and we were given the choice of waiting for a new one, or keeping it and being given a $75. credit--not a great choice for us, considering we needed the fridge and had waited so long for it...

They are great. They gave me a discount. Too bad the filters for my frig keep going up.

This is not a company that cares about its community or making a personal connection, they are all about sales. I had an awful experience with Bryan L. - Sales Associate who when explained my situation 1. Did not fully listen to my situation, 2. Did not follow through with the store manager like I asked, 3. Did not return my call within a timely fashion. Then I came in and physically dealt with the manager who NEVER once apologized or gave me any sense that he wanted to build a relationship with me (I was potentially going to buy furniture in the near future). I was NOT communicated of their rebates with the specific washer/dryer I bought through their site or with the energy company, was NOT able to schedule MY OWN appointment for my appliances to be delivered. I was sent a general text message the day before and on the day of had to just wait between the hours of 11am-4pm until I got a call my appliances were on their way. I am completely and utterly disgusted for Kevin - Store Manager who tells me he has been running this business for years how he has actually managed to stay in business. I am a valued member of this community working in the banking industry and see many customers every day. They will know of the unacceptable service I was personally given by this business manager. I hope that no one ever has to experience the lack of respect and value as I did. I will never purchase from this business again.

Purchased a refrigerator from salesperson, Matt. He first tried to find the same model of fridge that may have a minor flaw, which would have made for a big discount. There werent any. Then he checked competitor prices on the same model and sold it to us at the lowest price found, which was less than marked at WC.The delivery a week later was flawless.All in all a great experience, and so far, great product from West Coast.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. After taking our money they failed to order the fridge and when questioned they tried to sell us another fridge. The salesman, last name is like Dumas, yelled at us. We would rather spend our money at a big box store now than at a local business.

We purchased a refrigerator from West Coast Appliance a couple years back. We are really happy with how it has worked for us. Unfortunately we left on vacation and I left the freezer drawer open for the weekend.:(When we returned the refrigerator was making a loud noise that sounded like an airplane taking off. I called West Coast Appliance thinking I would need to replace my refridgerator. Wesley from West Coast returned my call and scheduled to come look at the refrigerator. The oven is great. Your delivery guys were great. When they first put it in the space it was about 3/4-inch short of the top of the cupboard and they said we were going to have to pull it back out and put a shim in there. and I said. how bout my husband goes and finds something to shim it right now. And they helped him get that put in place so when they put the oven it it fit perfectly. They were so nice.
