Very very rushey area

Waiting here since 8:30am. Many are waiting outside since 6am in the holy month of Ramadan. New timing pasted on board is 10am to 3pm. Sick, elder, women and every kind is suffering at the hands on this department. Me waiting in line for token. Its 9:10am atm. Lets see how the process happens here.
