Extremely unprofessional - my ps4 was overheating and needed a thermal paste replacement. The guy guaranteed me that its a common issue in ps4 pro and paste replacement would resolve it. One week later, ps4 started overheating again. I took it and he told me I cant do anything about it and Its a manufacturing fault which was totally a lie. They were not ready to help at all!I got suspicious and got it checked from other shops and it turned out that they used a super cheap quality paste! WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
