Had extenso a week ago..not very good result..one section of hair not done properly that i found out after 1st wash at home even after using their recommended loreal products...but upon contacting the parlour they said..your after care products are not good..n your hair are not good to absorb the products..and we are not going to cover up the fault left behind.i was blamed instead as i didnt buy products for home care from them

I visited Depilex today nd availed their Summer Deal,consisting of facial, menicure pedicure, protein hair treatment.. But my bad nothings seems to work out!! The staff barely listened what a customer want, ultimately providing zero customer care satisfaction.. Even one of them was unwilling to lend the treatment as she claims to have a messed up mood today.. Only one of the staff member had her mask on others didnt even bothered.. I myself belong to renowned skin care clinic (city skin care) so i found the staff attitude quite disappointing.. No offense meant but if anyone is investing their time nd money on you.. You gotta level up!.... I hope the concerned authorities will look into it.

The towels were old and worn. The furniture in the rooms was broken and uncared for. The girls tried but werent professional!! Not the place to go if you want a nice Salon let alone expert service!

Their packages are awesome , looking forward to get some eid treatments. I got hair protein treatment and i was really haopy with the results. The envoidnment is so sophisticated and great. Everybody working their has a certain poature and ora and that is really soothing. The owner is very calm and politw talker. Will def recomend other to go there and experience greatness. Loved it

More than satisfactory

My experience was not as I expected from here. Being depilex, I had assumed it would live up to its name. I had high expectations to some extent as it supposed to me one of the top parlours in Pakistan. The attitude of the employees was very rude. They seemed to look down on people who are from a foreign country. They were not professional at all in their work. The work was of poor quality. I had my nails done which came off the moment I had them done. Makeup was to poor standard too. No sense of how to style hair. They also broke one of my jewellery pieces. Although they boast about having lots of customers from outer countries, I hardly doubt that is the case. In the future I would advice staying away from this parlour. Never again.
