Best for drinks and Tea. Its Pizza was not fresh last time. I love the drink. Vest sitting place with neat and clean environment . Best for families outing. Its hall was also made great.

Went there after very strong recommendation from friends. Was actually disappointed over a number of facts. First of all the menu is not very heavy with limited options. NO BEEF STEAK. Really none whatsoever. Tried a number of steaks and none matched the description on the menu. Maybe their speciality is something else that we missed altogether. But don’t have the courage to try it again. The service wasn’t very impressive either. Sorry guys.

It is a good restaurant. The food is good but prices are high. The restaurant is neat and clean and a good place to dine.

The food isnt great but its alright and the sitting space is pretty okay too ( during covid and winter theres no dine in so it will get pretty uncomfortable after sunset in the outdoor sitting area cuz of the cold )

I used to love this place 2-3 years back... Theyve hugely declined the food quality and surving portion. Such a disappointment! Also the managers are offensively rude. The pay no heed to your discription over the food ordered. I am saying managers cuz usually the floor manager has taken my order. Lcy used to be so much better back in the days. The picture attached clearly shows the entire dish is filled with the crispy onions etc and underneath is barely a tiny flake of chicken steak with 5 chips in count. Yes theyre not more than 7 ever, 5-7 at max always!

Service at LCY was way too good.We were about 6 people and they served each of us within 20 minutes.The taste was also amazing.Stuffed chicken here is worth trying.Food price per person is about Rs 1000 plus but the food has equally good standard.The ambiance is perfect!Moreover i left some precious belongings on the table and i felt relieved when the waiter followed me to the parking to return those.Very caring staff!

We tried lotus skillet giant cookie along with blue lagoon and chaaye and everything was up to the mark.Cookie was really delicious and worth every penny.The atmosphere was very spothing and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Starting from the ambience, its really relaxing and catchy. But sitting arrangement is somehow shoulder to shoulder. Specially when you have kids along with you, its really awkward and embarrassing to keep your child away from other tables. Seperate sitting for smokers and individuals who want to spent their long time gossiping is that glass cabin at the left and at the start of the restaurant. Serving is not upto the mark but can be compromised, specially the Hi-Tea platter (specialty) is really mouth-watering. But you should be aware that what actually that platter contains because sometime waiters provide incomplete platter. Overall experience was good and staff was cooperative.

Sitting area is nice, finely decorated and has comfortable furniture. Place isnt congested but at the same time gives a cosy feeling. A separate smokers room, affectionately calledGreen room is a great value addition for smokers. I felt the lighting could be improved to create an even better ambiance.Staff is generally courteous, however, need some specific training about hospitality protocols.We had Cesar salad and two different types of steaks. Dinner was tasty and very nicely cooked with great presentation. They serve Continental cuisine alongside some other mixed options, generally a balanced and moderately priced menu.Overall a thumbs up place good for family dinners as well as buddies hangout den.
