The customer service is horrible they attitude was unfriendly and the cab driver was making me give him twice the fair because he felt my not tipping was disrespectful

My Aunt who is in a wheel chair requested a handicap accessible vehicle for a hotel in Bloomington to pick her up at 4:00am for a 8:00am flight. They sent a Crown Victoria sedan. Then they had to call someone from Brooklyn Park, who did not know how to get to the airport and who finally got to the Bloomington Hotel at 6:45a. Once he picked up my Aunt he got lost going to the airport and finally arrived at the airport at 7:45am.This group of clowns need to have their business license revoked and a real company that can handle handicap accessible customers should replace them.

Van 155 need to be terminated IMMEDIATELY, His driving was very terrifying. I wouldn’t recommend this company as your transportation choice ..

I followed a driver for 15 miles that was looking down at his phone the entire time. Was going Way under the speed limit and almost his several cars while looking down....his car number was 573. Scary

Ive never used this company but have seen them on the roads a lot and every time I do the driver is on their cell phone and driving like they are the only ones on the road. Today on my way into work, I came up to a light with an ihail taxi next to me, the driver was on the phone and once the light turned green he without warning merged into my lane in the middle of the intersection! HELLO!!! Just because people have a license to drive doesnt mean everyone should.....the carelessness Ive seen from almost every ihail driver just amazes me that this company is even still in business.

Called a cab for a medical ride for a patient at the clinic were I work. The representative verified the address where the patient was picked up at and wanted to know if she was going back to that same address and not the casino!! Lol. I said to the representative the patients address that she confirmed to me was in Bloomington and the casino is in Prior Lake! The representative said I was being unprofessional..I told her I was just telling her facts...she went on to hang up on me. Just because a person had their cab ride paid for by their medical insurance doesnt mean they are going to the casino after their Drs appointment. What a joke!

Car #112 cut me off in traffic just to drive 10 under the speed limit. Finally able to pass him and his eyes are glued to his phone.

THE WORST TAXI EVER! I booked a ride over the phone and the woman asked if I wanted a round trip. I said yes and to pick me back up in an hour. I said I did not have a phone so it was important to make sure they came back in an hour.They did not come back in an hour. I waited for 20 minutes... had to walk into a business to use their phone to call. The woman, Kendra on the phone was sassy and said they do not book round trips and that I needed to call when I was done. I tried to explain to her I had no phone and that when I booked the taxi I needed a return trip an hour later because I had no phone to call. She kept interrupting me so I couldn’t even get that part out. I will NEVER use this company again. Best to call another one or use Uber or Lfyt.

This company was given my number by mistake. When I called to ask to be removed from call list, I was told they could NOT do that. The gal proceeded to hang up on me during the discussion and also told me that I didnt need to be rude. REMOVE MY NUMBER! I will never use this company!

T0472 is a rude cab driver . I had a ride set up for a stop close to home to pick up my son from school then to be taken to st paul for a doctors appt . Ride would of been 50 dollars. We had this conversation where the place was at. I went in to sign my son out of school and came back and driver was gone. I would rather ride with uber. Or lyft

Airport #96 -These drivers are absolute trash and most probably dont even possess a drivers license. Seriously, walk instead. Its a better choice. A busted pogo stick would you get you further, safer and probably faster.

Tired to call to report a driver because he was driving under the speed limit (which is apparently now illegal). They tried to send the driver to then pick me up. Driver of cab #111 just cut me off without a blinker not two feet in front of me almost hitting me, could barely stop because of my loaded trailer plus truck somewhere near 15,000lbs. Then proceeded to brake check me for miles down the same road until he turned off at a stoplight. Before turning he rolled his window down and said my son has two moms repetitively and that I drive like a *explative*. Couldnt believe someone would have the audacity to drive as such and start yelling out the window in a company car. Nothing to do with the service but Ill be walking if I had no other option but this business.

When I was driving behind an iHail driver today, I stopped at a crosswalk to let a man walk across the street, and the iHail driver in #514 passed on the right side of me, where he should not have passed. He did this with passengers in the vehicle. He could have hit the pedestrian. What an idiot. I for sure will never use this company if this is how the drivers drive!!!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Repeatedly horrible service. One time they came a whole day early. I was dumb enough to give them a second try and 3 hours of wait time and 2 phone calls later and my rude driver showed up. Put this place out of business and use uber!!!

One of their drivers was going down University Ave in Blaine and was going 10mph under the speed limit, in the left lane, on their phone, and swerving into the right lane every block. The driver tried to stop at a GREEN traffic light. I would never use this service if they hire drivers like this.

The pick up time was 830 am in mankato. They called me from Minneapolis at 8:19 asking if I was sure I still need a ride!!! My appt was at 10am in burnsville. My insurance was going to pay them to get me there at 10am. The guy then offered to get me there by 11am!!!!

No one showed up, didnt send a text or call confirming pickup location. Called them, they were super careless about it and hung up abruptly. Not only are they extremely unprofessional but they have unprofessional customer service representatives working for them.

A very nice guy in #639 saved my husband and I hundreds of dollars by kindly pointing out that we had left a cell phone on the trunk of our car. We thanked him profusely and tried to give him a tip, which he graciously refused. Rare to find kind and helpful people anymore. Today would have been a truly awful day for us if it wasnt for him.

A driver brought a handicapped man to my office to pick up paperwork, he never got out of the van, he is in an electric wheel chair, but the driver suddenly said he has to get out and wait for another van because theyre sending him to pick someone else up. The man had requested a round trip..very disappointing! Its very hot outside and theres no where to wait except in the hot sun.. not very handicap friendly. The driver apologized.

I scheduled an airport pickup more than a week ago, but the taxi never showed up. Called the main line and the voice message told me they were still trying to arrange my car. Tried to connect to operator, but only voice message after 10 minutes wait. Not even worthy for any single star!

Driver #139 went 20mph in 40mph zone. Then 25mph in 50mph zone. Then took 2 miles to go get up to 55mph while driving by multiple speed limit signs... The roads were clear and dry in the daytime. Apparently they charge by both time and distance.

They hire drivers who do not think they need to abide by traffic laws. i was stopped at a stop sign in brooklyn park, mn and although it was my turn to go the guy driving in the ihail vehicle cut me off turning out in front of me. i honked so that he knew i was there, and he rolled down his window and flipped me off and then proceeded to go 15 mph to slow me down, causing more traffic during a high traffic time. he was driving a dodge caravan with the ihail #506 on his bumper. although this was not an experience riding with this company, this just goes to show the kind of drivers they allow to drive for them. i will never use this service now.

Driver #568, license plate ending in XVX pulled in front of me (causing me to SLAM on the breaks), then alternated between going 15 miles under the speed limit to 15 miles over the speed limit (in a 30 mph zone). This was in NE Minneapolis. He was also on his phone, NOT hands free and made aggressive and dangerous lane changes on Broadway close to Hwy 94 heading towards North Minneapolis, and of course, did not use his blinkers. This guy is going to cause an accident(s)! I couldnt find anywhere to report this driver, so here I am leaving a public review online. Zero stars if I could.

Walking into work this morning and was almost hit by an iHail driver. So close I could touch their car.

Usually takes about an hour to get to where you need to go and Im almost always late. Im looking for another cab company that will actually get me their quicker.

I had someone dropped off at the building I work at. The guy was just going to leave the person waiting in the snow while the building was still shut down. Right when I walked to the door the guy started arguing immediately, and refused to bring them to the correct location (under a quarter mile away). By far the worst company Ive ever experienced, and customer service relations. I will never suggest IHail to someone as transportation.

Order my rides hours before pick up time, and they still be an hour late picking me up. Drivers never have change, never know where they are going. And when you call they always have the dumbest excuses. If only I can give it no stars.

My family and I are in Minnesota for the weekend of March 24, 2017. We got a taxi from Mall of America it was s total of four of us. The driver asked if we were paying cash or card we stated cash and he proceeded to our hotel which is four minutes away. When we arrived he said $15.00 I told him no let me see on the meter. Then he says OK $10.00 I gave him a piece of my mind and paid him the $10.00. He then again dropped the price. I called the company and there seems to be no one that I can report him. When they finally transferred me to customer care. The message said there is no one to help me.

For a taxi service I would recommend iHail. I love the app its convenient no need to make a call. The service is professional on time and I have never been disappointed.

This company is the absolute worst! Ive been late to work so many times because drivers will pull up and do not call to say theyre outside then leave. Drivers used to wait 5 minutes before taking off, but not these people. They barely wait a minute before leaving you in the dust. Seriously?! Why drive all the way to location to waste gas and leave the intended passenger. Doesnt seem to be any accountability either because when you call to address it all they do is send another. My 70 year old mother was just picked up at the airport cab stand by ihail.$31.00 from airport to Edina, but that is not the issue.When my mother presented him with a $50, he saw an opportunity. He lied and told her that he had no change.She just returned from a trip and had a few small bills and a $50 left.He would not let her out of the car to get change. She was afraid and let him keep the $19 tip just so she could get away. Of course he refused a receipt as well so she has no way of filing a complaint.Nice scam! I thought there are supposed to be laws against preying on the elderly.She wont let me pursue the matter because she is afraid, because he knows where she lives.I guess a review here is about all I can do to help make sure others dont get preyed on as well.

If NO * were possible, that’s what I would give them.I have a service dog and have had these issues:1. Driver asked if if I was “leaving dog in building?”2. Driver asked for certification that she was, indeed, a service dog. AGAINST ADA!3. Today, I was waiting for pickup, outside, in very visible area, with service dog. I waved at driver. We made eye contact. He drove thru parking lot & came back around. Again, I tried to flag him down. He drove past me, ignored me, & left area. I called dispatch. They said he reported me as “no show.” They sent another cab. This driver said “some drivers won’t take dogs because they shed & it costs more than ride to clean cab.” Was that an excuse - or refusing to pick up a dog; even a service dog? I’m curious what other people’s opinions might be.

Used multiple times and never had any major issues. They called me this morning at 5 AM (4 times) to tell me the cab was outside my house. I hadnt ordered a cab. I did, however, order a cab a month ago and it didnt show up. I called the morning it was supposed to arrive and was told it wasnt in the system. Pretty awful customer service.

The worst ever!!! How the hell are they gonna be an hour to two hours late when you scadualed a ride 12 hours to two days before you needed the cab. Last night driver #120 hit my car from the far left lane trying to turn right into a mcdonalds with no blinker last minute and the front drivers side of my car. When I got out of the vehicle and approached the driver he stumbled out of the car and said “I’m f—ed up” his eyes were blood shot red. I proceeded to ask the guy for his insurance and other information so he said he was calling dispatch. The driver then told his manager that I hit him. She told him hang up and call the cops on me without trying make sure anybody was even okay. Luckily there was a super america across the street that happened to get the whole situation on camera. Do not use this taxi service this driver had kids in his car that he was transporting under he influence of Xanax !!!!!!!

Taxi driver was very aggressive. The right lane was ending and he refused to let me in... he also waved his middle finger at me MULTIPLE times. Seriously, 3 different times! I lived all my life in the twin cities and have been nothing but a very loyal patron..yet, i have never felt so disrespected by your airport taxi.. as the canadians would say... peace oot!!

I would never book a ride with this company. I was cut off by #4008 when they moved into my lane without looking and without using a blinker. I then watched them use the blinker to move onto the shoulder and travel 1/4 to bypass traffic to get to an exit. I stayed in the lane and reached that exit about 10 seconds behind them. Terrible drivers.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with! They said they had already come and left and we were waiting by window and they never came. They did that twice! Two hours later the ride finally arrived!

WOOOOO WEEEEE!!!! You talk about being late all of the time? Well you just found a taxi service that never arrives on time! IHAIL or transportation+ (whatever theyre called who cares anyway) was always late whenever I made a reservation.Say if you need to be somewhere at 1pm. You figure itll take 15 minutes to get there so you order a taxi at 12:20pm just to be on the safe side so the taxi has some leeway if its a little late. Oh excuse me......did i say A LITTLE LATE? Forget that! Ihail cab drivers will have you waiting 15....20....45.....over 60 minutes after you order a taxi. You might as well book a reservation for the Enterprise from Star Trek because you you have a better chance of it getting to you on time than a ihail taxi.And if that dont bake you noodle try closing your eyes imagining youre a military grade rocket and running like hell to the next destination. Trust me youll get there quicker.Anyway only use Ihail if you must. Try booking ahead of schedule if you must. Try a different cab service altogether if you must. Try maintaining your sanity and sense of composure because you will be frustrated by consistently late taxis from Ihail if you.....oh you get it by now.

Driver 105 (Chevy HHR plate # 114PKT) apparently doesnt know that youre supposed to STOP for red lights, OR use your blinkers. Saw them run the metered light on 169SB at 36th and then got off on 49th and didnt stop for that either. Never used his blinkers merging on, off, or turning on 49th either. Wheres a cop when you need one. No wonder you guys get such crappy reviews, your drivers SUCK!

Dont ever lose anything in one of the taxis. I lost a phone on Tues and the lost and found said the driver had it but wasnt going to drop it off at the office since they only stop there once a week. streesed the importance of having my phone due to my disability making trips and falls more likely and their response was then dont lose stuff.

Worst experience of my life, driver tried charging me twice the amount because he got lost for a good half hour and said he didnt get lost. It was suppose to be a 14 minute ride turned into a over an hour.

Car 108 plate 231 JJK is currently parked illegally on a main street in south Minneapolis. 42nd ave s right off lake street, I had to slam the breaks after I turned off lake street to not rear end this parked car. Then driver gets out and leaves it parked there! The building he went in (family partnership) has a parking lot. If they dont know how to park Id hate to see them drive.

I had to use them which was a mistake! I tried telling the driver the quickest way to get there since Ive drove it everyday for about 4 years...and he started raising his voice saying that we are going to do it his way! Just saw an iHail cab weaving through traffic and slamming on the brakes constantly. In the span of about 100 feet I saw it almost get into three accidents with it cutting off a car dangerously close, blinding switching lanes almost side swiping someone, then slamming on the brakes for no reason.Doesnt seem like they have safe drivers

Impressed, today a mom had her van quite working. It is freezing outside. She has a son in a wheelchair and had trouble arranging a ride with Metro Mobility and Travelon. Ihail took the appointment and showed up when they said they would, they also had an auto call saying the ride was arriving. Very pro. Well done.

Since Friday night when I was going to meet my guys bowling and drinks .I call for a ride from my city to Ramsey lady says we dont go there. When really the were here 5 days before each day making $30-50 .and 1 day 20 bucks 10 mins of time stopping 2 places a mile way and then back to pick up.so I get hung up on 3 times called and then called back .so Wednesday night was gonna give them another try from alley to home so I called 930 said i need it at 11 cause closing and I knew id be drunk lol.So then 11:15pm comes around I call their thing says were still trying to get you a ride so i hit 3 wanting to talk to someone said yea when are ya gonna have a car to me I called at 930 gave the heads up lady hangs up on me again so now thank you Ihail for making my decision going back to uber or lyft you guys are a real p.o.s company so their for that was last of my business and I bet I have called you guys over 50 times for rides great customer appreciation.

Unreliable. The cab driver that took me to work told me to book my ride home early, as they are limited in drivers for Sunday nights. They had ten hours to find a driver as I booked at 1:00 p.m., for a ride home at 11:30 at night. When I phoned at midnight the recorder said they still did not have a car for me. After another half an hour, the recorder said the same again. I finally had to call and get my boss out of bed to drive me home.

Biked from south minneapolis to stillwater and called to get a taxi and told me they wud dispatch one i waited for 2hrs and called repeated bcuz after 20mins i never got a called that a driver was at my location and then proceeded to me that after sending 5 taxis my way that we had told two different drivers to not come bcuz we didnt need one anymore and to stop sending them. Which was a lie bcuz we never recieved confirmation or a phone call that a driver was getting near my location. DO NOT USS IHAIL THEY DECIDED WHETHER THEY WANT TO COME GET YOU. WHY DOES IT MATTER WE ARE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE AND THATS HOW YOUR DRIVERS GET PAID. UNBELIEVABLE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. !!!!!!

Took an hour and 20 minutes and 4 phone calls to get a cab in downtown Minneapolis.

The app is good ideologically but the operations in the background not so much.The cleanliness of the taxi are a hit and miss (some regulars who pick me have cleaner taxis and others might even have a trash bag near passenger seats).Timing of pickups is a hit and miss too. The customer service is non existent. Left me stranded at the airport for an hour making me wait and no apology given.The current app (Dec, 2014) is all buggy and crashes every time you try to book. The website works better.The GPS tracking is extremely slow (Well not expecting this to be Uber, but it is pretty bad).Price point wise it is less than Uber, more over Uber doesnt have as wide a service and cannot pick you up as quickly (if everything in your booking works)So as I said the idea is there but until it is backed up by professionalism this service will remain a second class service.

This taxi service is the worst I have EVER seen when it comes to the drivers being EXTREMELY RECKLESS and constantly using their phones while driving! I was almost struck by ihail #494 because he was refusing to want to pay attention to traffic and decided it was Ok for him to almost drive into the side of my car! When he finally realized that he was in a merging lane he decided to then speed up, cut me off and then got right back on his phone! I wouldve given this taxi service 0 stars if I could!!!

Waited an hour and a half for them. Got numerous calls saying they were at my apartment or close and i was standing outside waiting. When I called the dispatcher they said they were having trouble finding the place. I gave them directions and still they never got there. After the hour and a half I got tired of waiting since I was extremely late for work and called someone else.

This is the worst taxi service in the history of taxi services, they come when they want to. Or they come to early and the dispatcher doesnt even answer the phone calls. They had me on hold for 10 mins before anyone answered the phone and when they did answer they were rude and nasty. I would rate them a 0 if I could

Worst experience. Ordered a taxi through app (with credit card) at the airport during a non-peak time thinking it would be seamless. Received a 6 minutes till taxi arrives notice then waited over 30 minutes for a taxi to show up. When we finally made it to our destination after already having spent a 9 hour day traveling, we had to spend at least another 5 minutes in the vehicle with the driver refusing to take our credit card code from the app claiming the dispatcher said this was a cash payment and that is the only reason why he took it. That was completely false and either the driver or diapatcher lied. After explaining we just got back from vacation and used up our cash AND showing the app confirmation that stated the form of payment was identified as a credit card the driver still continuously refused to accept our credit card and we were forced to try to scrounge up enough cash. Basically holding me up in my driveway refusing to accept a form of payment you explicitly state you accept is completely unethical. This has reinforced my belief that I should always default to Uber, even if its a few bucks more.
