The telenor franchise is located on mall road near cant computer plaza

The staff there is really rude and not helpful at all. I had to wait for five minutes until one of the staff member was done with his personal call and then also he didnt provide me with the information I needed. He further gave me wrong information and also asked for money for a service which I later found out didnt required me to pay.

The service was very good but the man who is activating sim cards are a little bit lazy
