As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with this big smiling salesman; I mean he was wearing a mask, but you can tell from his eyes! :) Let me tell you, he really loves his job - so energetic!! He made purchasing our new fridge as easy as can be! We told him measurements, what we were looking for, and just like that - sold on the first fridge we saw! Purchased $3,000 refrigerator and extended warrantee. After 2 months was not working and turning on and off. Serviced three times and parts ordered that never came in. I was given misinformation and expected to be reasonable. I was a devoted customer for 20 years at various locations. I will no longer be making any future purchases. Unfortunately, they need to stand by their policies whether it is cost effective for them as I was told.No longer a customer. What a shame. They were a local company I still liked supporting.

Definitely a Five star location. I have to say their salesperson Kyew is the best salesperson I have ever met so far. Hes very kind and helpful, also knowledgeable. He assisted my family and my co-workers for many purchases in the last three years. He always found us the best deal and best quality. If you want to build a long-term relationship, this is the store and hes the guy you should go for!

My wife and I had the worst experience at this PC Richards location.In the beginning of July 2020 we purchased a GE 48 Monogram fridge, which is a very very expensive fridge, we also had to buy separately handles for it.The fridge was delivered without the handles. The day after the delivery I noticed that the fridge was making very loud noise. We had to call GE for service and were told that the fridge is defective and needs to be replaced. That evening my wife and I went to the store and were told that we will have to wait until the end of August to get a replacement new fridge.In the meanwhile we had no fridge and PC Richards would not accommodate us with a temporary fridge. Not having a choice on the matter, we had to buy a fridge and eventually return it when we get the new fridge even though we paid the for GE Fridge. Yesterday, the new fridge was delivered , again without handles. Finally, the handles were delivered in the afternoon but guess what they were the wrong ones!!! I would not recommend buying high value items from this PC location because not once did the manager have contacted us to apologize or to accommodate us. The salesman was very helpful and did all can do but management never helped. I am still waiting for the store manager to return my calls.

I had the greatest experience through this crazy 20/20 year that were going through with our salesman Rob Levy. We went in for a dryer didnt know what to get we had a budget because my landlord simply wanted us to get something inexpensive and if I tell you Rob was unbelievable explaining from head to toe but giving us great comparable dryers within our budget. Not only was he knowledgeable he was so personable that I wanted to spend the entire day there and hang out and chat. I cant tell you what a great experience we had with him he is the best salesman Ive ever had and Ive been dealing with p c Richard Bayside just moving to Glen Cove he made it so simple and so smooth to pick out a dryer that was it within our budget but was giving us the best value for our landlords buckand let me tell you sometimes its not easy to spend your landlords money but Rob made it so easy I cant wait to go back and buy something else from him kudos. Big kudos to PC Richard for having an employee like Rob Levy working for them because he truly is a GEM thank you so much and PS the dryer is awesome!!!

I went in looking for a new Flat screen. I’m not too tech savvy when it comes to Home electronics so I tried to do some research before I went in. Only Got more confused. I was met by the salesman Dan. I explained what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. He wasn’t pushy, answered all my questions and explained all the features of the model I was looking at. The model I went in for was more expensive then the one I eventually got. Got the tv hone and put it up. Had more Questions about setup and called the store. Dan got on the phone with me and walked me through the process!! Couldn’t be more pleased with him and the store. Had a fantastic experience at PC Richards and Son! Kyew was the best! He was able to help us figure out the best appliances we needed given the spaces we had to work with, the volume of wear our appliances take as a family of 5 with 2 kids in sports and a toddler, as well as working within our budget. We got great deals on a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. He listened so well to our needs, narrowed the field of appliances based on what we told him, whipped out his tape measure, checked the inventory, answered all our questions with a smile, and we were set! I went to PC Richards on two occasions to place a relatively large order. I purchased a home which was missing all of the appliances (range, fridge, wine cooler, beverage center, warming drawer and two sets of laundry units). On the first occasion, the two Dannys spent nearly two hours with me to ensure that all of my appliance needs were met. The kitchen was custom built and I was impressed with DeCastros ability to identify the sizes needed by looking at pictures and knowing what was originally installed in the house.In my second visit to the store, it was to cancel part of the order because my wife wanted Viking appliances rather than Jenn Air and we had placed an order with another appliance center. The Dans spoke with the store manager who was able to work with the Viking vendors to expedite the shipments and get a delivery date sooner than expected from the other store. They made numerous calls to their warehouses and directly to the distributors in order to ensure that we would get delivery before Thanksgiving. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out of the store without hesitation and without needing anything else. I almost felt like if my stove delivery was not set before Thanksgiving, that the store manager would lend me his from his own house haha; is how genuine and dedicated these guys made me feel. At the end of the day I ended up purchasing more items than what I went into the store for because they were so accommodating and helpful.

Came to this store today to buy a new refrigerator and was lucky enough to have Rob as a salesman. He was so nice and helpful! Next time I go there I will definitely ask for Rob!
