I am there customer from 3 years. I had been using there lite card service for online shopping but they had updated that card into pin or chip version on 27 December 2019. My previous card had been stopped because it had to be replaced by new one. Unfortunately, it has been 9 months and 4 days still i am looking for that card which I haven’t received yet. I have done 34 complains in 9 months but in vain. Can you imagine that they haven’t provide me that card in 274 days wow what a fraudulent service. I have all the complain numbers and my card tracking number but still my card is on the way maybe it is arriving by foots.
