Great place to grab a bargain. We go for ‘a look’ and end up with bagfuls of items. The food places are good too and something for every taste.Parking is ample and it’s easy to walk around and not get lost
There are a Cinema with 8 screens and a crazy colf. There are a food court. They also have two car parks. The centre is a really good size with a number of popular designer shops. My two favourite are the Nike shop and the Adidas shop. You could spend all day there.
Best of the Best shopping centres in my opinion. There is nothing this centre doesnt have. It consists of two centres. One side designer and the other normal large shopping centre would take two days to get round it all. Amazing. Oh and did I mention the eateries are in abundance to.
Easy to park & shop. There’s a good variety of restaurant and food court too so it’s a good bargain place to shop with family. There are lots of little rides scattered everywhere to keep the little kids amused too so don’t forget to bring some £1 coins. Just don’t expect designer items as there isn’t any big luxury designer brands there except Ted Baker but still lots of good bargains from high street brand stores such as Gap, Next, Nike and etc.
A very good place of designer outlets. A great place to buy designer goods in very good price. I always go there for seasonal shopping n also when i have to buy gifts. Highly recommend
Such a great variety of shops! Check out the map before hand online as some may be temporarily closed due to lockdown.
Great to be back to the cinema. Very clean. All staff helpful and attitude. Easy and quick scanning tickets from the phone. Spaces between rows and seats. Different movies starts and ends on different times so there is no crowd or queues. It was only 4 people on my seans so it was a bit weird but in a nice way. Really good experience. Tickets prices also encouraging. Hopefully more people will be back soon. I definitely will.
Great choice of shops with great places to eat ( when allowed to be open) overall, a good place to visit for retail therapy. Thank you for a lovely experience
First visit there since March. A very different shopping experience. Not the same enjoyment shopping now. Didnt go into a few of my favourite shops as had to queue just to get in. Had to ask Security staff to let me by a couple of times as they were taking. Chap that was at the Ticket Machine was very helpful also keeping his distance
The designer outlet appears to be vibrant and probably at a peak in terms of quality shop outlets. Perhaps not busy mid week but most shops appeared to have a good volume of customers. This made it safer to shop given the Covid virus.
Hot dog stand my favorite part if not the Chinese upstairs. Decent clothes in shops. OK prices on most. Empty complex and stores most days except lunch times, dunno how they turn a profit. The weekend sales must be astronomical.
I hadnt visited this outlet for some years and I was disappointed. There used to be actual proper designer shops like Armani and Burberry. Now, there are no shops which would make want to return here. Its a shame as its really a nice place.
This is a very nice place to go to for great bargains. Not just too busy with pandemic being on.
One way system in place to ensure safety and its not too bad actually. Sales assistants in the individual shops we went to were really helpful and very pleasant. Big shout out to the lads in Lacoste who were really helpful, and very skilled in extracting my money :)
Excellent shopping centre with good amenities, one way system in place for covid. Works well and makes everyone feel safe.
Good place to visit for a good days shopping. A nice mix of shops of all wears. Good food places and cheap parking.
Been pretty quiet past few times Ive been! A lot better than going to the town and having to wait in queues.
Great place to go when weather adverse or any other time. Great selection of shops and eating places though latter limited due to covid. Think the car park could be cheaper or not at all, as other places are free.
Some bargains to be had as all stores are outlets but still best to shop around online as some times not always the cheapest.
Good food and staff were great. All Covid criteria in place. Loss of 5th star down to the room being fairly cold. Kept jacket on.
Be much better if the shoppers complied with wearing masks. Those who were wearing masks below their noses. The mask goes over your nose & mouth. The security personnel could actually ask people to do this. Im sure the shoppers would comply for you as a figure of authority. Puts me of visiting there now!!!!
Its great to get deals on previous season fashion. Also great for familys has a cinema and great food selection in the food court also places to eat and wash it down with some drinks.
Great shops with good bargains. Lots of safety measures in place to keep you safe during these tough times.
Love this place. Go every year
Lots of choice and variety here and out of the elements which is good, especially in the winter
Most people adhering to wearing masks but there are a few young healthy looking folks who are not. Id like to see them stopped and questioned at the door. Great to see the centre operating again.
Hated it tbh... Terrible car parks with confusing layout... And they charge you to park and shop... Road layout around the retail outlets are also badly signposted. All in all not an enjoyable experience. I wont be rushing back. Livingston Design... More like Living hell and the design leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid the stress and Covid folks and shop local...
Amazing place even just to window shop.
People are not sticking to 2 metre rule very busy
Would have been better with the option to wald up one side of the mall and back down the other. I wanted 2 stores in there. M & S and Cadbury. I walk with 2 sticks and am virtually crippled yet to get to both shops I had to do a complete circuit of the mall.
Good place to shop for a potential bargain, parking at 50p per hour is a great selling point for so many shops!
Looks beautiful during winter Christmas months plus a large range of shops
Love this place. The interior has been redesigned and new store although all the new store has been only clothing. Maybe some entertainment store could be better
A lot of interesting shops and a discount, you can find very nice things.
Good variety of shops to choose from under one roof. Many large brand outlets offering discounted products.
First visit, would certainly go back. Lots of great shops and you have the centre next door which is a huge shopping centre with loads of choice. Could certainly do your 10,000 steps a day walking round here. Picked up a few bargains too.
Not really outlet prices. Cadbury outlet did 6pk timeouts for £1.29, but Iceland have them for £1. Portsmouth outlet is amazing, thats one to visit
This shopping centres one way system is over the top & very inconsiderate to anyone with a disability not obvious to the eye. My grandmother who has problems with her knee was exhausted you need to walk the full centre to get to A to B and it’s a big place so if you miss a shop then its another lap or if you wanted to leave you need to walk all the way around the entire shopping centre to get out. They also have security guards at each point policing it and pointing down at the arrows just incase you didn’t notice they big stickers on the floor, all it was missing was a roundabout I don’t think I would go back until restrictions are relaxed.
I now know why covid 19 is on its way back with vengeance!!!! Guys its no good good using sanitizer if youre not going to wear face coverings or not pay attention to one way systems. Its the worst display I have seen since the pandemic came in
I love going for designer clothes so iymts a good place to go
Watch out for parking; but otherwise lots of good stores!
Great shopping trip...very well organised 1 way going round..plenty of bargains.Parking easily available
Nice selection of clothes (most brands available) & food takeaway decent.
Bring back the Dinosaurs great family timeCould do with alaugh when shopping give Xmas trees a rest save the planet this year
Great for Christmas shopping plenty to choose from at great prices and plenty of onsite parking
Very busy, especially the queues at the take out restaurants and took a bit of searching to find a seat.Shops were managed well though covid restrictions well.
Not enough being done by the outlets staff to prevent people taking off their masks and wondering about. People should realise its everyones responsibility to control this virus and (unfortunately) it falls to people like security personnel to enforce the proper guidelines.. Checking at the door only is not enough.
Check out Champion store...Best threads ever!
Love how open this centre is. Very good Covid measures in place.
Great choice of shops and loads of food options. Cheap parking also.
Great range of shops, parking charges a little steep...
Very bad one-way system when covid-19 was on which forced you to go around the entire place and it is LARGE. But I find this place over the score and very wealth orientated. Opulent and this turns me off. Greed? The centre next door is much better! Even has Krispy Kreme
Great but one way but that understandable the shops are great and safe
Quite busy but not too bad
Excellent place for shopping at a very good price
Full of designer stores offering massive discounts. Plenty of eateries
1 way systems they have in place made me feel safe nics and clean staff very friendly
Nice centre. Lots of shops. Conveniently located for me.
Love it here SHOPPING Spend spend spend Xmas is in delighted
Great place to do all your shopping, amazing.
Enjoy going here good drive and parking costs are acceptable, great choice of shops actually for me too many shops but maybe to the crazy shopper not enough lol, support our shops n cafes during these crazy times
Great shopping outlet centre, good selection of shops. Plenty of chargeable parking. Toilets, cash machines, places to eat and COVID compliant.
Found all shops to be very poorly stocked .Hardly any normal sizes avail.Ok if your a small or Xxlarge .
Queuing system is a nightmare, was in and out within 15 minutes due to not being able to get in anywhere. I understand that coronavirus is part of the reason however the queuing systems in place arent allowing shoppers in to stores or when they are queuing its a free for all. Disappointing as this is usually where we come for Christmas shopping but I cant see that working with the current system.
Felt comfortable shopping with new covid quite lines in place
Excellent day out, will be going back again, lots of shops. Plenty to do.
Fairly quiet today, Customer Services in a majority of stores was excellent
A very big place with a lot if shops and designer clothes. Big brands at small prices. Definitely worth checking out!
Great range of different stores , multiple outlet stores with good discounts aswell as a big food court on the top floor, multistorey car park and attached retail park
Its good and the staff/security are very helpful. If your going here it depends your luck and the time you go
Very good selection of designer shops and excellent covid safety precautions
Lots of shops good day out and good to places to eat
Great range of shops, good car parking and prominent on-site management.
First time I have ever been and really enjoyed it. Most people were following the one way system and most shops had social distancing policies in place.
Many empty shops .those open have last years goods on sale .more security staff than counter staff
One of my favourite places to go, still the same even if do have to wear a mask, only suggestion would be switch off the heating in primark that used to make me feel ill without the mask though
Great place to visit everything you need in one place
Great for shopping everything innthe same area.
I think the one way system is great and theres no one walking towards you and there is a limit in some shops of how many people can be allowed in at one time and also hand sanitizers in all stores.
Awesome place for shopping, its really worth to go there. Around 35 miles from Glasgow. Very discount price in all the stores, specially Adidas, Nike, Sketcher, Fossil, Next, M&S. There is another mall just in front of this . Which is central mall. This is simple mall but the other one is factory outlet so dont be confused. Good and big food court in the designer outlet, movie hall with all time 5 pound ticket. Enough big parking.
Easy to go throigh google map
Easy parking. Late afternoon visit. Paying for my daughters purchases.
Excellent venue with both retail and outlet discount stores
ITS USUALLY PACKED WITH THE MOST UP TO DATE FASHION
Been here on several occasions in the past and had a good shopping experience, not this time though, too many queues.
I hate shopping lol. But the wife loves the place
Well set out with one way system in place. All shops had sanitiser at the front door and staff to monitor numbers In store. Only down side was I had to walk the whole shopping centre just to get to one shop
Great outlet shops, designer names, great prices and plenty facilities for food and other shopping needs and wants.
Good choice of shops overall a great place to visit and shop until you drop
Currently open with national advice on distancing and masks. One way system in place so unless you wish to go around the loop multiple times visit the shop as you pass it . At least on a wet day you get to queue inside.
Great shopping centre a lot of different shops
Amazing place for retail therapy.
Because the walk ways are at present it is not accessable to older people with walking problems, my wife and I had to walk all the way round the system to get to Pavers the shoe shop and we were quite ill after we left the Outlet because if this not very practical for elderly people!!!
Most shops open with queues moving quickly, however one way system around the whole centre means you have to go all the way round the centre again if you want to go back to a shop youve already passed
It had some non run of the mill shops.
Should have the 2 centimetre a bit more organised other than that brilliant
