Great service, super fast. Fixed car faster then expected. My brother said that there was amazing car salesman here that made him feel wonderful about purchasing a vehicle. The only thing that needs to get better is the traffic in the parking lot. Needs to be restriped. 18 wheel of cars pulling out almost hit me and another car behind me. Service TECH people and vendors were all driving through all the lines in the parking lot to get around. Not safe for parking a car.

12 hours waiting for a brake job,just to tell me at 5:20 Friday that I will have to leave it over the weekend. I will never bring or buy anything here ever. The worst part is I have to be here when no one here is wearing masks or social distancing. Not a good idea during a covid pandemic. Not a safe place to be.

If I could give no stars I would!!! Bought my 2020 Ford Explorer here in January I loved the staff in the sales department!!!! In March my car started messing up and transmission was rough! Brought it to the service department and had to deal with rude people! Mind you my car only had 9000 miles on it! They have me a rental which was a tiny basic car and made it to be a big deal! They called same day and said it was a minor fix and it would be ready the next day so good deal! Got my car back I had a trip to go on to see my husband on Midland Texas well made it here that next day and my transmission was even worse long story short brought to ford service here and had to have a whole new transmission put in it so I have been stuck here for a month while they fixed it! Thank goodness the transmission didn’t go on my 7 hour drive here!!!! I will never use this service department again!!!!

This is an update.After the issue I had a year ago with the air pressure Johnny promised me a free oil change.Took truck in for a recall and oil change, still had 1 free from when I purchased it and the free one Johnny promised. Got a call from mechanic saying that it was too soon for oil change (even though its been 6-8 months I dont put on many miles) Ford wouldnt pay the mechanic.I told him that Johnny owed me one, they went ahead and changed the oil, low and behold when I picked it up the tire air pressures were not right and the computer was not updated with the tire rotation. Not rocket science.I raised my score just because the lady who takes photos of flowers and bugs was super nice, I will just have to accept the fact that I will have to keep wasting my time going back inside over air pressure every time I get tires rotated.Its just not a big enough deal to drive to Lufkin over.

We stopped by Gabriel Ford in Livingston , looked around found what we wanted John our salesman was great , informative and not pushy. It got late in the afternoon and it was Valentines day. We told him we will get the SUV on Saturday. On Saturday morning the vehicle was sitting out front washed and full of fuel waiting for us. Sunny the financial lady made the paperwork easy and was nice. They all treated us like family. Stop by and see John Lonergan for your next vehicle.

An absolutely memorable experience! Gabriel Jordan Ford had a red 2016 Toyota Tacoma that I had interest in. Paul Steffen showed me all of the features and the condition of the truck, Marcus Milligan made sure that I was aware of every detail of the purchase as well as every insurance that was offered to me, and Sunny King went through all the documentation and final purchase before I officially bought the vehicle. Overall a very great experience and I will never forget the staff as this was where I purchased my first vehicle ever.

Great service department here, who have always helped us take care of our 2013 F150 purchased from an Indianapolis dealer when we lived there. That made it easy for us to go to Gabriel Jordan when the time came to replace it. Sales team was great, finance officer was great, as we never felt like we were just doing business, we were treated like family. They went over and above finding us the right F250 for our needs!

Called two days ahead for pre-paid service so that they could make sure the parts were available for a crankcase ventilation valve as well as h/d brake pads. My appointment was at 10:00 am. Jackie wrote up my work order. She and another female service advisor looked at the warranty extension I provided and interpreted it to have expired 4/30/2019, although it extends warranty to 11 years or 120,000 miles neither of which has occurred. Then it says if one of the other conditions have already occurred, it is valid until 4/30/2019. They read it as which ever occurs first so its out of warranty. They spoke with the service manager who they said agreed. I said forget about that but check the remaining pad thickness. Jackie came back and said there was between 6 and 7 mm wear left. I declined replacing the pads and agreed to have both rear axle seals replaced, (at approx. $300.00) and change the differential oil as recommended by a technician. I waited 3 1/2 hours and went to ask how much longer and was told an hour to an hour and 1/2. I accepted a ride back to the campground Im staying at. After 2 1/2 hours I called back got Jackies voicemail. Waited another half hour and called back she of course said she had just picked up the phone to call me. They sent a driver out to get me and when I got there I asked how much DEF it took, she said they didnt put any in because I didnt ask for it. I told her it is part of the prepaid service. She said, you didnt ask for a service, just the axle seals and differential service. I was so mad I just asked for the bill and got out of there. I wont go back to this dealership

My vehicle was repaired and Im happy with it. The only reason I didnt give it 5 is I was told I would be called with what needed to be done and an estimate of the job. The price was just fine, but I had to initiate the calls and ask what was up. The second time I called and inquired I was told I would get a call back shortly..and I didnt. I called only to be told it will be the next day....This may sound pretty, but if I tell someone Ill do something I typically do it and expect others to own up to their word as well. Just a pet peeve.Again my truck is fixed and Im very please.

I had been reading with interest details on the new body style and features for the past several months. I watched the website at my local dealer Gabriel Jordan Ford very closely awaiting the arrival of the new 2017 F250. When I saw that several had been delivered to the dealer I made a trip to take a look, knowing exactly which truck I wanted to drive and look at. I actually called, got Tony whom I had never met, told him which truck I wanted to look at and drive. When I got there the truck was waiting on me and Tony met me cordially. I drove the new truck and really liked it, but there were a couple of features I wanted that were not on this truck. A couple of days later they got a truck in that matched my preferences and I got a call. I loved it when I saw it, even more when I drove it. I felt I received a fair price and a fair trade in for my existing truck. Tony and the other folks were great! The truck is even better! I am now the proud owner of a 2017 F250 Lariat. Thanks Guys!

Gabriel Jordan Ford is a very friendly Organization. They always do their best to satisfy their customers. My father has been taking his Lincolns there for service for years. He has never complained. 12 years ago I moved to Livingston after my mother died & started caring for my, now, 91 yr. old father. I began taking my new Yellow Ford Focus to Gabriel Jordan for service. I loved that car. Always got compliments on it and could find it in any parking lot. Never once had to take my Focus back for something that didnt get fixed right or at all. I now drive for my dad and we own a new Lincoln. Taking it in for its first check up and oil change. A few weeks ago I received a letter from Ford Motors about a recall on the Lincolns door latches. Stopped by Gabriel Jordan Service Dept. to let them know I would like to schedule a day to bring the car back to have the recall & oil change taken care of. The service rep, Janae, checked to see if she would need to order the parts for the recall repairs. They do not sell Lincolns but they will service them. I cannot thank Gabriel Jordan Ford enough, especially the service department, for being a friendly, accommodating and efficient company to work with. Team Players for sure! Sheryn, Livingston

This was my second time going to service department for warranty work first time they told me they will get part order and call me when it comes in. A month later no call so I called them and they said they forgot and will get it ordered and call me I never received a call so went to another dealer and had it fixed in a week. My second time my tail light started to mess up on my 2017 f250 platinum $75000 truck come to find out it was a hairline crack in light so there service manager made the decision that it was caused by damage to truck and ford will not warranty it because of there decision so now I got to pay $600 for a new one when its clearly no damage to my truck I will never stop for back in this place it took them two weeks to submit pictures to ford because the service guy tommy couldnt figure out how to work the computer

When I came in I was expecting to drive off in an older car with more miles.It was worth the wait while the staff did their magic.In the end I came out with a brand new car with 7 miles total on it, and way cheaper than what I thought it would be.I still cant believe that the car sitting in my drive way is mine. The last car I bought myself was a 96 and that was a couple years ago and she did me well but this one. WOW!!!.I was sold the moment I was behind the wheel. I had been looking and had my mind set on one car and came out with this one.It is small but she packs a punch and does what she needs to.The staff was amazing and anyone looking to buy a car and you dont live here they are worth the drive to see. Ive been to other dealers and the customer service was horrible, they only cared about one thing selling the car. We bought our 2011 Kia Sorento from Gabriel Jordan Ford in 2012 and have had it serviced with them since. Except for two or three occasions their service has been great. On those occasions they did not have an oil filter in stock for our Kia and had to order one and on one of those occasions the wrong filter was delivered and I had to wait for more than two hours . Unfortunately this last time I had the oil and filter changed they did not have an oil filter for it and I had to wait for two hours. The service Lady suggested that I bring my own filter the next time to safe time which is good except for the inconvenience to the customer.

Very congenial, huge selection. My car had been drowned in Humble at the Best Western parking lot on Will Clayton Parkway. I was in the market for a Ford and hoped to check out the dealerships all the way up 59 on my way back home. Planet Ford in Humble was supposed to have picked me up and they did not nor had they contacted me after I landed for 2 days. Needless to say I didnt throw my business their way. My next stop was in Livingston. I was well received and spent at least an hour speaking with them about the financial and various entitlements I would receive as a result of my cars demise. I did not select a vehicle there but they were very friendly and left an open door for me as well as if I had lived closer to them, thered have been no question I would have selected their dealership to purchase my car. They are about an hour and a half away from my home. They even offered to pick me up from the airport and they are an hour away from the airport but theyve done this before. I aligned myself with the wrong dealership and trying to accomplish some of these things with Planet Ford in Humble. The Gabriel Jordan dealership is the way to go and I wont forget it.

Ive never had a car buying experience like this. Fresh from being treated like a moron by a large local dealer, I found the exact truck I wanted at Gabriel Jordan Ford and at a very competitive price. I confirmed the facts by phone and email. I drove over 200 miles hoping it wasnt a bait and switch, It wasnt. The truck was exactly what they said it was at exactly the price they quoted. It was prepped and ready to go. I had emailed insurance card, drivers license and credit app before hand. The process took about 1.5hrs.You could not ask for a more professional and courteous staff. I would like to, once again, thank Paul Steffen, my sales rep., Cliff Greenup, who wrote up the sale, and the owners; Stan Gabriel and Scott Jordan. Several months ago, my husband purchased a new Ford 150 from Gabriel-Jordan Ford. He continues to claim it was the easiest, most hassle-free experience hes ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I took a different route when purchasing my vehicle, which I regretted almost immediately, and ended up back at Gabriel-Jordan, asking if they could help me fix my mistake. The Greenup brothers (Clint and Cliff) are delightful guys and went above and beyond to help me through what had become a very emotional experience. I am extremely happy with the outcome with Gabriel-Jordan and would not consider any other place to purchase future vehicles.

Bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from Clint at Gabriel Jordan Ford, this was the most hassle free enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I am from Houston, for the biggest part the deal was done over the phone, there was no games he gave me his best price on the vehicle I purchased and what I considered to be a fair value on my trade. Once I arrived at the dealership they went over all the options of new vehicle with my wife and I, looked at our trade and sent us to finance. Cliff in finance was great as well, he presented all the extras, we accepted or declined what we wanted or did not want then signed the papers. There was no pressure to add any warranties or additional insurance. Again; what a great buying experience, I would highly recommend this dealership it was well worth the drive.James

My elderly dad and I drove over 100 miles round trip to view a specific vehicle I had discussed with a Gabriel Jordan salesman of Livingston, TX the prior night. I sent out a 7:49 am email the next morning to let them know we were coming. We concluded them to be reasonably reputable. When we initially drove up, we were ignored. Finally someone informed us that the car had just been sold. We did not even so much as receive an apology for our time, gas expense and frustation. The manager was rudely apathetic as he had just made the sale, and that was his only concern. I thought for sure the owner would have a different attitude. I contacted him, and he has refused to respond. Gabriel Jordan is extremely disreputable from my experience and should be avoided.

This Staff is dishonest..Despite the paid for glowing reviews you read, please- be informed PRIOR to going to this- dealer. -We were approved with our own financing but when they could not switch us to THEIR financing , they told us they could not sell us the car. They ran our credit multiple times without our permission and damaged our credit in the process.. We are seeking legal advice as how to proceed. Avoid this dealer if you are wise.
