Hotel Al Mansoor is one of the good hotels of larkana. It includes normal rooms for accomodation and a restaurant for food. I will rank it 1 star. Besides this hotel, Larkana contains other better hotels than this one. It includes Burj al Marjan hotel, Asia Hotel, Green palace, Sambara hotel and a few others. Among all these mentioned, I will suggest u guys, the Sambara and Burj Al Marjan hotel.
