Ordered a refrigerator which was delivered to the curb, they could not bring it inside the house. It was my fault, because the invoice does not specify delivery inside, but be aware, the default delivery option is curbside or garage only.A microwave drawer that was also delivered appeared damaged once we opened the box, and Davies is being very helpful about exchanging that item.They appear to be very busy, so if you have not worked with them before be assertive about asking questions if your arent sure about something. They seem to be very helpful once they know what you need.I think the rating would have been 5 stars if they had sent an email confirmation when the delivery date was set, with details about what would be delivered and where. We might have had time to arrange for installation as we were expecting, or at least to have folks on hand to move the unit from the curb.

My experience buying here was good but the last time I was there they were super busy and short staffed. My contractor went a couple days later to pick up the appliance and had to insist on getting help. I will update my review after delivery and installation.

We just got a new dishwasher at Davies. Their price was lower than the other place we checked at down the street. The installation with their sub contractor ASAP went great.
