Hospital doesnt have facility to book appointment on call. When we reached hospital after 2 hours of travel at the time on which doctor arrives, personal assistants were rude and impolite and one of the PAs told we are late and all 40 token numbers are booked. Then I explained our situation to him... Then after 3 hours we had name listed to get checked up. Then finally after 1 hour our number came up. There was no transparency in number announcement and because of they everyone was panicked.There was 1 washroom with no hand washing area facility and no sanitizers, and out of order flushes.There was no drinking water.No SOPs followed in Covid-19 situation.Facilitator: Dr Alam Ibrahim SiddiquiFees: Rs. 500 (less than our expectation)EEG scan charges: Rs. 1500
