Great place to make medleys and mashups for weddings

I went to them for a Video tape conversion and they charged me a bill 25% greater than what they told earlier. Seemed to me thhat they were hungry for each penny that I had just like a theif, not a business. Their behavior was like that of scammers. Do not go to them! if you want a video tape conversion

As with most things defence, overpriced although you would more than likely find whatever it is you were looking for.Staff works in three shifts to accomodate very generous opening hours, 11:00am to 02:00am 7 days a week. Pick your time of visit carefully, depending on whixh set off staff are on shift you can expect upto approx 12% discount on large purchase amounts

I would recommend this store. Have a lot of variety. But a bit costly..

Pathatic customer service

My experience was in the Phase 5, DHA branch. Staff has quite an attitude problem. A new policy introduced by the Shahzad stores is apparently that you cannot exchange a DVD you have bought for another, if it is faulty. This could have been made clear before we spent 20 minutes looking for movies. Also, a suggestion; in a dying industry, you may not want to dissatisfy your customers. Credit where it is due, the collection is pretty good.

This shop has the largest collection of DVDs in Lahore. Staff is efficient and cooperative.
