I gave my ps4 to them around April of this year. They kept saying they will try to fix it but they just kept delaying and stalling for 3 months. After arguing so much then they gave the ps4 back but without fixing. I then took it to a different shop and eventually fixed my ps4. I found out that ke in kuton ke bachon ne mere ps4 ka hardrive and CD drive change kiya. And proceccor ko bhi sard dia. Please anyone reading this do not go to these fraud people.
