Good service, price is almost double as compared to other courier services. I have used Trax logistics they normally charge Rs 210 to ship Lhr-Khi and DHL charge Rs 250, but TCS took Rs 410 for the same shipment

Cheaper alternatives available like leopard courier.But service quality gives tcs the edge.

They give up to accpet my parcel due to over size . They can not ship big items. Anyhow lets see.. overall im disappointed

I was a loyal customer until they tampered with my sent parcel. After I complained on tcs helpline, they said that maybe the delivery guy opened the parcel for security reasons, and after checking they forgot to put back the things in the parcel. They denied to admit any responsibility and closed the case. Highest charges and your parcel isnt safe in their hands. DO NOT SENT ANYTHING THROUGH TCS! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. Below is a picture of the tampered parcel when it was received with missing items.

How is TCS charging Rs4350 to send documents to London? DHL charges 4500 and even better FedEx charge 2980. Why on earth would I send documents from TCS when FedEx beats them hands down on rates.
