Master Bus Service is the best Inter Bus Service in Pakistan.Currently they are operating atLahore - Rawalpindi/Islamabad,Lahore - Multan,Multan - Rawalpindi/Islamabadroutes.Whenever I traveled they departed on time. They didnt bother about the number of passengers. When it is scheduled time of departure they departs.Their buses are very comfortable and well maintained.They have very cleaned and stylish bus terminals.Their staff is very trained and professional.Fair is also very reasonable as compared to services they are offering and also they are offering discounted fares.And since their launch they have maintained the standard of services and continues to improve.

Location very ill planned, no proper entry & exist points for the buses. No u turn either, all tariffic is out on a stand still to accommodate tge buses. Must be shifted immediately

The terminal is very neat but very far away from lahore

It was good specially the cleanliness of their terminal impressed me alot. The mosque is so nicely managed and the bathrooms are well cleaned.

Excellent service. Fare ranges from 1110 to 1860 as printed on ticket but seats are not as per fare difference. Required to reconsider the the fare range or change the seats arrangements space and seat comfort as per fare range like in air service.Overall much batter service much more comfortable waiting area and launch also excellent clean hignic rest rooms (toilets ).Time commitment is very good. Their service is top notch and no doubt it is the best in lahore. On the other hand their products are not on par. They are new and their buses are already shaking on motorway. I got expired chocolate from their vendor machine, seems they dont care about products quality.

Good to have them in this area but it is difficult for usual passengers to reach them on Shera Kot Band Road because most of travel companies area operating on Yateem Khana Chowk. Road Master terminal is state of the art facility. They must consider adding more cities to cover south punjab and should at least cover whole of central punjab including Faisalabd, Jhang, Sargodha, Toba etc at low price.
