Very good service overall. Value fir money. A true business class. Food was best with plenty of choice. Though bus waa not sparkling clean but was quite fine.

Very convenient and timely arrival & departures for Lahore & Islamabad. Seats are very comfortable and food quality is also good. Cleanliness in the waiting lounge needs improvement. There were ants & tiny spiders on the tables & sofas. Ants in the bus also.

Your seat no 2B has broken foot rest. And while travelling in rain your seat no 4B and 4 C rain water was all over us we soaked in rain.I LOVE YOUR SERVICE AND TRAVEL WHEN I AM IN PAKISTAN

Worth the price of ticket. 3500 per head but the standard of Kitchen Cuisine Food has gone down. Authorities should take action.Whats the fun of a non stop journey once the bus takes 5 hours from lhr to Isb. Their standard is going down by the day. Plz dont make it Deawoo .......

Very good bus service. Staff is very supportive. Unfortunately, I got 5C seat today which have multi media and AC issue. So, you better understand my all the way journey to Islamabad with these faults.Bus is spacious but luxury services are not up to the bench mark.They need to verify and make sure all bus facilities before putting on any route.

I had an amazing journey with q connect, amazing services and the staff i love it.

The luxury just falls short of true satisfaction. The buses are getting old. Rickety and out of their element. Maintenance and upkeep isnt what you would expect with a true luxury brand. Washroom inside the bus could be kept much cleaner and in better shape. The seats are wide and comfy, but the foot rest, even at an all flat, level remains low and vertical and thus doesnt allow the much needed elevated feet rested position. I can imagine an older person finding it uncomfortable.Hollywood movie selections are uncensored so be careful.Business travelers wont find the distance of the upright seat position and table to be at all comfortable to work during travel. Unless you want to be in half lain position with your laptop on your lap.For more than double the price of other comfortable bus services, it just doesnt end up leaving one truly satisfied.A hot meal is certainly a plus but something which is served only after crossing Bhera and thus on any other good bus service when can easily be getting it oneself with a bit of journey break and stretch.

Travelled on Q connect bus for the first time. Had a great experience, seats are comfortable, food provided is decent, on board entertainment is great and the staff is courteous. Will definitely travel again.

I selected this service to travel from Lahore to Islamabad after going through their website but unfortunately in reality their service is not worth the price I paid.1 - the bus it seemed like they got it after it was scrapped. It was dirty broken seats.2 - the pitch of the seat was absolutely not comfortable at all, when you recline the seat the feet was almost crushed.3 - the food was served after 3 hours we left from Lahore, so if you hadnt had your lunch prior to departure than you have to wait till 4PM or get something for munching before you leave.4 - bathroom was very small and dirty, so again had to wait for 5 hours before I reached to destination because its a non stop service.5 - at the terminal there was no refreshments available.With my overall experience I have decided not to use this service again.

Really appreciate the service and follow up calls from the staff for. Easy booking and confirmation. The bus is well equipped and provides a comfortable trip on the road. Wifi on board is my favorite part.

I havent travelled on it but close relatives who did say its comfortable and goes non stop to Rawalpindi in 4 hours. The bus has a toilet inside plus seats are spacious with TV screens and electric outlets for phone charging etc etc

If you want to pay a bit more for comfort then this is the bus you need to take between Lahore and Islamabad. The new Volvo buses this company uses are now not so new so prepare your self for minor glitches. Foreign travellers using this service from Islamabad to Lahore must note that this bus uses a route that takes them through a restricted area of army cantonment. There have been cases where the army authorities have off loaded foreign passengers and left them on the road side. Otherwise the bus service is of high standards. Even the meals are hot and fresh.

They less time slots for going between Islamabad and Lahore. Their buses are not maintained. They serve cold food. And chairs are in bad shape. Headsets dead. Seat buttons broken and not working properly. Hostess were nice and friendly. But bus was in pretty bad shape from inside I gave my remarks while sitting inside the bus as well

1pm Bus from lhr to Islamabad (11-2-2020) has no air-conditioning. Plz rectify this suffocating atmosphere, as its not winter anymore.

Im currently riding in the qconnect bus from Isb to Lhr. Dec 31 @ 2:30 PM will reach in 5 hrs.Overall, I enjoyed food, seats and wifi.Ride was rough and wobbly, too uncomfortable. I dont think ppl who started this bus service have an experience of passenger bus services.I wish and believe more seasoned transport companies will soon bring more comfortable rides with luxury experiences.Its a very good attempt for a luxury experience in Pak transport industry. But it lacks professionalism at all levels. In summary the operational head should be fired today.Luxury: how would you define it?Seats can recline and leg support is there. Ample leg room. Entertainment system. Cushioning is good. Seats have massage options but we didnt have to use it as the whole bus was wobbling.Entertainment system:9 or 10 inch touch screen. Movies only other apps not working. Wifi working well.Food: really goodKc grill collaboration, they pick the food at bhera. Drinks coffee, tea and cold drinks available on request in the bus.Comfort: poor due to rideThey are using old buses and renovating them without consulting transport engineers. The ride was wobbly and very uncomfortable. I read a review from June 2019 which mentioned same complaint and they didnt do any thing about it. You cannot put a toilet, luxury seats and entertainment system on a donkey cart and expect it to give a luxury ride.Armrests do not move.They were unable to manage temp in the bus. If a passenger was feeling cold they would switch on heat and if other passenger feels hot they would switch AC.Booking ticket: horribleIf you are travelling from abroad you need to book tickets online on their website which doesnt work . Then they tell you to book online at a website bookme.pk. For payment you have to have an easy paisa account ( dont know how to get) or go to a shop where u can pay cash with easy paisa code. I bought it from their terminal as you cannot book more than 5 tickets.Time: 5 hrsThis bus does not compete with other bus services which provide service between isb and Lahore for time. So if you are in time crunch then this is not an option for you.I doubt the people managing this bus service have ridden their own buses.

When I travelled through Q Connect in 2017 services was excellent. However when u travelled in 2019, in-house entertainment was not working and wifi was pathetic. I complained the hostess but she could not rectified the problem. They are charging hefty fares against the stated services but not delivering to passenger(s).

Normally dont review experiences but I felt its my moral duty to other fellow pakistanis to do so !!This bus is Over rated. Its not worth the extra money you pay for it.Pros: Extra leg room. Attached a pic for that affect.Cons: The first seat I get- the controls for the seat movement arent working. The second seat- some thing is wrong with the monitor. Cleanliness is FAIR at best. Ambiance is okay. Bathroom has NO tissue paper. What? Why? Bathroom is also tiny- kind of like an airplane bathroom. Food is mediocre. The attendant gives you a menu to choose from and the bus stops half way to pick it up. Quality is okay. No on board snacks or nothing- I mean come on for the price I expect some free snacking- No!All in all- better to travel cheap a 4.5 hour trip- spend the money on some thing else - or better yet donate it to some one who needs it a lot more than I do for a 4.5 trip!

Service quality is comprised during past few months. It was rain water coming inside when traveled in July 2019. Thats fine.But, When travelling today from Lahore to Islamabad, firstly bus stopped for fueling, wasted more than 45 minutes. (Should have been done prior to departure)Secondly washroom is not operational. Strong bad smell near last seats.thirdly uneatable and very cold food is served. Feels like prepared and kept idle since long.What is the point of paying 3 times more price if standards are poorly dropped to the ordinary service provider level.

Good comfortable bus. Wifi working all the time. Good service. Need to add more buses to increase the number of trips. Islamabad terminal very far from any habitation.

Quality was excellent starting off. Currently, I noticed the menu has diminished in size, washroom cleanliness was very low and a a lot of wear and tear on the seats. The entertainment selection was very good, although my headphones had very low sound quality and were missing an ear foam padding.

Very comfortable travel with very good entertainment facility. It has 20 inches TV Screen for each passenger with a choice of English and Urdu Movies and TV programmes for both grown ups and children. Seats are very comfortable - as good as Business Class Seats in a Good Airline. Hot Tea & Coffee was available. Fresh food, picked from a Menu of Kitchen Cuisine (Bhera) was served along with cold drinks. Toilet facility and high speed WIFI is available in the Bus. The cleanliness and maintenance of Toilets needs to be addressed. Bus Hostesses are efficient and very helpful. Travel between Lahore & Islamabad takes about 5 hours. The one-way ticket is Rs 3300 and the payment is only in Cash - no Debit or Credit Cards.

Few things but if everything is working fine ...good journey

A hi-fi travel to Islamabad from Lahore. A treat to travel. Timings are a bit not commensurate with office work. Food service is much better but bus fare is also expensive.

Buses are really good and comfortable, I took 1-00pm bus to Islamabad and they have told that lunch will be served after 3:30. I think nobody do lunch after 3:30. My suggestion is on 1:00 service lunch must be served by 1:30.

AC not working in last three rows. Hot and stuffy. Seatbelts broken and entertainment system wasnt working as well. Also, noone was there to resolve issues. Just saying we cant do anything! Horrible. Not recommended!

Excellent luxurious bus service for Islamabad. They offer better experience than local airlines. Only 11seats in a bus means so much ample space to sleep for everyone. Their charges for Isb are more than Rs. 3000.

Disastrously irresponsible bus service. This service is going down the drain by the day. They are unable to organise and keep to the schedule. Their reservation system is being handled with a complete lack of responsibility towards their passengers and their administrators are operating it worst than badaami bagh bus services which operate only when filled with passengers. Cancellations of bus schedules hours before the departure is not worthy of any respectable transport service. So do not be dazzled by their buses and Use of Daewoo or Careem for intercity travels, if you want to make it in time for your commitments.Also instead of reading the reviews by the paid local guides, see what the actual passengers have to say about this service.

First experience using Qconnect, all the comfort went down the drain due to a really bad smell of diesel fuel in the cabin, gave me bad nausea. Will never travel again using this bus service as paying premium price premium service is expected . During my waiting time I came to know one of their bus are out of order , same issue may be ?

The best non stop ride LHR-ISB-LHR. Best food, very courteous hostesses and staff.......the buses have started showing their age, but to date run smooth enough.....great service....waiting for KHI-LHR-KHI...impatiently.

Bus is amazing as can be seen in the pictures. Food was served warm and was really good. However, the customer service right from booking to bus hostess is far from premium. Wire of my headset was faulty causing interference with the sound. However, the hostess did not change the wire and simply plugged it in and out and handed the headset back. So my journey was spent actively tweaking the wire while watching a movie. Serve with smile is a concept seemingly lost on all employees of q connect. From their station to the hostess, everyone seemed oddly occupied and not keen/eager to help or answer questions. I have seen better customer centric attitude at bus services charging lower prices.Bus station in Islamabad is located in the middle of the busiest district. If you are traveling from Islamabad, it is avoided to start your journey 1.30 hours before your bus time add it can take an hour to reach the bus station located in faizabad.They fix their customer service mindset issues and this service is worth it.

Q Connect WASl indeed the best bus service provided.But typically, once something is appreciated then the real matter is its MAINTAINENCE.Its deteriorating.The back cushions look like flat naans.Foot rests do not incline as they used to..and much more.Please,you have increased the fare but where is the COMFORT now.

I will never travel with q connect ever again.I got tickets for the bus and recieved tha last most seats possible.The Air Conditioning was not working at the back row and i travelled in the most cumbersome position ever,i had severe headache due to the heat and suffocation at the back.The seats recliner motors had failed so reclining was not an option,nor were the headphones working so could not watch any movies etc.The food was horrible plz do not waste your 3500 rs on a horrible experience.

A bit difficult to get here, due to its location in cantonment; and also the bus has to circle half of Lahore to get here (or while leaving for Rawalpindi).Neat and clean place, not crowded, and you can wait here for your bus. You can purchase coffee from terminal at some cost, if you can find the receptionist.

Always have a great experience with Q Connect. The luxuries of having a bathroom on board, quality meals chosen from a menu provided by Kitchen Cuisine, Movies and YouTube, and an ultra relaxing lazy boy are unbeatable
