DO NOT PAY THEM ANY CHANGE FEE!!! Owner lies and commits fraud. ETHEHAD airways has waived all their change fees during covid19 until November 30, 2020. I was charged apparently change fee for changing flights dates when ethihad airways confirmed there is no change fee for my ticket. The staff lied about $95USD change fee and will not give the breakdown of the charges saying our Karachi head office has denied to give out the detailed receipt and it is against our company policy to give out the fee breakdown to a customer. This booking office does not have any head office in Karachi. It’s all lies. This is fraud not to give your customer fees breakdown when he is asking for the fees breakdown that he has been charged and you don’t give him. This booking office charged this $95USD just To put in their pockets by fraud.
