A very fantastic visit to this place. I remember that renewing for passport was a big threat due to crowded area and long waited lines. It literally took only 10 minutes for applying new application. I already submitted the fee in national bank. It requires challan form, 2 passport coppies, 2 cnic copies for renewal.This office only entertain specific areas a surrounding of thokar niaz baig etc.

Over all experience was fantastic as staff found cooperative with friendly attitude but I have a suggestion for the problem i faced. NBP bank is situated in nearest raiwind city or Valencia town for passport fee vouvher which is far and away result in wastage of time, so management should arrange one window operation and deposit fee on spot. Only deals with wapda town, bahria town and nearby society residents. check your id card address before going there. johar town e.g. is not handled here

Visited this place a month ago. Everything was well managed and organized. It hardly took 10 mins to file my application for a new passport. Hence, this is my personal experience and cannot be said for everyone.

Cooperative staff

I didnt find anything wrong. The turn was quick as not any people were in waiting queue. Turns are managed by seating.

I had One of the best experience while trying to renew my passport from here.l. Not many people come here to renew passport so there is not more than 1 hour waiting time on busy days. I hope Government creates more offices like these within the city so that peopledont have to stand in long queues.PS: ONLY PEOPLE FROM RAIWIND BAHRIA AND NEARBY AREAS are allowed to make passport here. If your addresses ( temporary and permanent) on ID cards is from one of these areas then you can get your passport made/renewed here.

Overall good experience, not rushy,People who claims for bribe needs to deal with these people themselves. The next door agent also comes to me but i denied and myself proceed with everything. flaw is bank. Its either in bahria town or valencia town , so bank needs to be closer to this location. I submitted my fee in bahria town and came back and completed the whole procedure in 15-20 mins max.

If your address is nearby the office, remember You need to take challan form National bank and submit there before visiting here.

Relatively less rushy compared to other passport offices of the city.Not accessible by wheelchair also senior citizens are treated if the staff is in a good mood.

Extremely poor service and disappointing. Fully crowded, people stand outside the gate for several hours under balzzing sun.

Went there to modify name of sister on passport. Showed them her complete name on ID card, FRC, O & A level results, graduate degrees, marriage certificate. Guess what, they said bring affidavit and publish add in newspaper. I asked them to go easy on me and then the officer sitting inside talked to me over the phone and demanded Rupees 16000 bribe. Went to the Defence passport office straight away and modified the passport in half an hour without any hassle.

Very poor service and undue tiresome waiting.Very bad air conditiong further make you restless and tense. you are totally dependent on a single security gaurd who try to manage but it is not his job so you are lost. Also no arrangements for chalan submission nearby,so it is very hectic to submit in a far away branch and when you bring challan your turn is gone. The worst thing is that their is no token sytem you just slip seat by seat till your turn come. It may take many hour to complete the procedure. Lack of reception desk and senior citizen services are other bad points which need to be improved.

Pathetic service. And as other Govt. Offices staff is worst.Treat humans like cattle.Security guard appears to be Director General.

This location has been shifted to Arain Modr. It has recently set up with makeshift cubicles and absolutely no organization. Theres a scammer next door to the office that charges almost double the fee to get you in for protocol. Once inside its chaos. Customers fighting with eachother or the guard on who came first. Theres no token system so there are imaginary queues. Sedantry cows fitting themselves in lines while people are distracted. Random people escorted to the front of the queue and no one can protest. And a vile security guard with a god complex. Horrible experince avoid at all costs.

Overall not so jam packed as other Passport offices but only flaw is the passport fee submission. The closest NBP is in Valancia. So please come here after submitting fees in Valancia NBP.

Pakistans first one window passport office. Its fully functional now.

(2017 review) - This office hasnt been operational as of yet. Please dont visit. Its just a waste of time.Edit (Oct 2019) - This passport office became operational in 2018. Although the service is not great, the facility is operational.

Strange. No passport office at this location. Moved to another place.
