Daewoo main terminal operate Bus Service from Lahore to almost all other main cities in Pakistan. Services are good but destination matters. For Capital cities different luxury buses and small cities average buses operated by Daewoo. Over All Good in time service they provide to passengers. Professional and well trained Drivers and staff even they have to pass test every year. Thokar terminal is a main terminal for this service.

No sops following . No one is wearing mask. There is no place to sit here. and also buses are late for 10 to 30 minutes. However transport is really really good.

Services are okay. They used to be good but now they are average. If youre lucky enough youll find a bus with comfortable seats. For longer routes like Islamabad, the services are excellent.

Bus terminal at a very great place. Away from all the rush and traffic. Daewoo Buses are great but arent that much comfortable to travel a long journey like Lahore to Karachi

It is good Bus Stand; but Daewoo buses are old ones. Cancellation of Buses in winter is frequent and may disturb the passengers programs badly. Purchase at Cafeteria Store is foolish thing because all the things are being sold at DOUBLE PRICES. The staff perform in such rough manners like government servants without any support to passengers. The staff seems worry about the Company and not for the passengers.

Disappointed I used this service today after a long time. Super unmanaged, Cafe quite expensive for no reason you can get everything on usual price from very next fuel station. Buses are too old need to be replaced. Curtains are broken, staff is very rude they dont care how customer will feel.

Great source of travel in time.Once managed to break down the monopoly of other tycoon transporters of town.Due to wear and tear and also after change of ownership, the company is living just on base of its old credibility.1. Quality of buses is deteriorated and no improvement is being observed to uplift them.2. There is great hustle and bustle on stop being major terminal but security situation is extremely poor. No proper inspection prior to entering the terminal is carried out.3. CCTV cameras are installed but didnt see them functioning.4. Punctuality once was their trademark but has long gone........ Even the current bus,I am sitting in and writing these lines, is approximately one hour late.5. Yes, they have managed to increase the profit through cargo service.6. There is dire need to streamline their services and restore them to the point what they actually were once.( Dont know, whether their management is reading these lines or otherwise)))Despite all, I still use this service just because of my first love with the Daewoo.

Its ok but I think they need to enhance the standard. Buses need to be replaced with better ones. The space is not enough when there are two buses or three at a location.

My choiced bus service between Lahore to Islamabad. Their Gold class is superb, ticket price from Lahore to Islamabad is Rs. 1,750 (in January 2021). Timings are perfect with one stop in between. Gold class bus service offers very comfortable seats, heating during winter, Wi-Fi, choice of many movie and entertainment tv channels for every traveller. Better than PIA or any other airline service.

I used Daewoo for most of my travel needs in Pakistan. Overall service is better than other services. Staff is more professional and courteous.Wifi is not that reliable and available as advertised. Short root busses are old.

Daewoo Bus Terminal is kept in good condition. Sometimes its quite noisy but overall its space and sitting capacity is perfect.

Easy access, counter inside the passenger lounge for booking and information.Busses dont have designated bays so you might need to look for your buss.

Staffs good. Managements good. Bigger space. ATMs available inside. Heating & cooling systems for waiting halls are good. Accept cards for tickets purchasing also. Has its own cafe inside. Neat and clean environment. What i like the most about it is that one can go on bike there, park the bike, take tour of days as per wish, come back, grab your bike and enjoy.

Terminal and services are good but I suggest you not to use their canteen. Price are double here. And if you want to save your journey time preferably use some other service

Golden era of Daewoo is already over approx 8 years ago.Now its only a transport company, only focus on sales not on custoner service and caring.I usually preferred Daewoo from my chieldhood approx 2006 but now i switch to other company their Buses are much better and other thing is if i have to pay more 40 to 100 PKR for better Seatung busses and audio video fuctions and other services then why i prefer Daewoo.Daewoo is only focus on Sale sale sale and money collection through Bike and Car Parking with no reponsibility of demage.I want to ise harsh words of Urdu but its not that kind of plateform to use my words.

Nice seating place , better experience as compared to other services, btw in love with their shuttle service.

Worst joke is they play movies and dont give anything to listen sound. Movies are played just to show outsiders that public inside is enjoying great deal. Plus, sub standard busses and pathetic journeys. 4th, 5th recommended service.

Much better than the old one at kalma chowk, has a really modern and up to date ticketing system, the waiting lounge and parking are also really great.

Yet another disappointing experience woth daweoo express. I am traveling from #Lahore to #Abbottabad. listening to others experience On this route i was concerned about the Bus situation here. at the time of booking I shared my concern with the booking officer. He assured me that Daewoo has procured new buses for the route and that my journey would be comfortable.now here i am sitting in the bus with a continues loud beeping sound which is caused due to faulty guage. the crew of the bus said Hum bhi to aap kai sath he hain but they will bare it because they are getting paid. and we are paying for this!secondly whole bus is shaking continuously and every part of the bus is making a different sound. sounds like the bus is going to fall apart on pieces.i jave posted my complaints before but never got any responce from Daewoo becuse they are only concerend with getting money and DO NOT care about customers. #FaisalMovers started off really poor but now they have brought themselves on a level which is far much better than #DaewooExpress I am really sorry I used #Daewoo Express!!! Shame on You!!!!!

Nice place.. But Tuck Shop is so expensive.. They are selling the food stuff even more than 100% above the Retail Price as compaired to Market.

Services are getting down. They can refuse to give you ticket if you book online without paying with Jazzcash etc and they will lie to you that you are late or on call bookings are not confirmed. Incident happened to my friend few days ago and the person on ticket desk keep lying without giving any logical reason. Buses are also not clean which is a big no who want clean environment.

The staff and environment are very good. Very cooperative employees. Nice and clean surrounding.

Daewoo main terminal Lahore is well maintained and properly equipped facility providing inter city and inter province transport service. Waiting area is providing all types of required items like tea, snacks, food drinks etc.Daewoo cabs are also available at reasonable rates.

Seating must be made more comfortable for passengers waiting at the terminal. The parking outside the terminal must not be allowed as it causes traffic jam.

Some buses have old and their condition has been damaged as compare to other companies. But the fare is high. The sitting area is better. Washrooms on this bus stand are very dirty. They are not cleaned.

Have proper waiting room, canteen, reservations, restrooms and luxury busses for all major cities of the country. They have also busses with sleeping berths for Karachi.

I Love the Serene of this Flyover during Foggy and Rainy Weather.Its really Adorable one in Lahore.

Buses to big cities are ok to good.Waiting area is equipped well with eating and small shopping items,but cost is much higher.Musjid is small with no separate place for ablution. Washrooms are used for that purpose.

My 1st time traveling in daewoo express to Islamabad. So far so good. Frm booking through to purchasing ticket through app.Only part that got me worried was a 2 am text msg saying the 9 am departure was canceled. Got myself booked on 9:30 by calling them. Yet again, got a call at 5:50 am informing me the 9 am departure was canceled even though i was rebooked on 9:30 am.At the end, made it on 9:30 departure and was compensated for the cancelation of 9 am by getting a complimentary upgrade.

Too much hustle and bustle. Youve to stay attentive, otherwise youre gonna miss your .Although theyre trying to maintain cleanliness but still theres ample space for improvement.Btw Daewoo Service has lost its charm, using same old busses from 50s, with no on bus facilities.

I travel lahore to pindi then muree my exprince was good trough out i travel on daewoo now seats are not comfortable charging ports not working abdnormel noises very bad on bumpy roads then shuttle bus was also not comfortable no vomits bags they dont go non stop stay 20 mins on faiza bad stop i just fell i travel on lockel bus service and bus hosstes also gona sleep in night travel ,

Daewoo Thokar Terminal has a spacious and clean environment. Passengers are accommodated in every aspect. They have tuck shops for take away. ATMs have been installed at the terminal to avoid any inconvenience.

Bus was late and rikshaw was also not allowed to drop luggage near bus stand instead was told to do so in the parking and then had to carry luggage with 2 children and old mother. You can imagine the trouble

I guess it is the best daewoo terminal that i have ever seen yet. A huge To and From destination terminal. Almost operate to every corner of the country from here.

They took 6 and half hour to go from lahore to faizabad rawalpindi.

Terminal has lot of facilities like restuarant shops ready foods etc.But daewoo has very poor management regarding time. I booked 6.30 ticket but I have to wait 1 and half hour for bus. Bus arrived at 7.45pm.From my point of view time Management is the most important feature.

It was a time when Daewoo was best bus service in Pakistan. But, unfortunately now they are not much better. Quality of Busses is not so good, Usually busses are late, Oftenly Busses are dropped from schedule... Let suppose you have to go to Lahore from Islamabad on urgent basis, Your buss timing is 2:00 AM, and at 1:30 AM you receive message that your buss has been dropped....What will you do?The most worst and annoying part of Daewoo Service is Dropping of Buss....

Waiting area is nicely maintained, there is also namaz area.

I was there for a couple of minutes. The place is so soThere are people inside the terminal that are asking you if you want to rent a taxi dont go with them instead rely on uber or cream or bikeya if you are interested in some local van come out of the terminal and you will find the bus rikshw or van etc .

The buses should be checked up technically. AC should be controlable and cushions should be available on every seat or on demand base bcz one cushion is not enough sometimes so take yours if severe thingi

Good one waiting arrangements but not absolute environment friendly.Need more space for sitting. Pessanger waiting in still standing condition. Which is not good for branding.

Daewoo terminal are always very messy. Administration should look into that matter. Also they have to add new buses in there fleet as well. Other companies have added buses made of China. The best thing about Daewoo is there timings.

I am a regular traveler of GOLD CLASS but unfortunately the service still not upto the mark, where it should be. Just share, I traveled by bus outside Pakistan from one corner to other and the service quality is far better. You may even add tea or some other during travel time irrespective of the destination in Gold Class.
