Lahore is a city famous for its food items and historical places. In Punjab it has central role for administration and trade. People come around Country and province for trade. Tourist come around world and from all parts of Pakistan. Transport has a basic role in travelling. Daewoo is one of the traveling services which provides luxury service for movers. From one province to other province it gives best service. From all big cities of Pakistan this service is available. I highly recommend this service for safe traveling.

It is a normal bus terminal. The buses arent that bad in terms of seating. Would go again. It would be nice if they could communicate with their buses. Our bus came late and the only thing they said was it should be here soon. Also customer service at different stations differ. Some are better than others. Should make it mandatory for all to show good customer service. Some of their staff were a bit rude in helping travelers find the right buses which came late.

I came to Isb from this terminal this month. The place is very untidy and the SOP were not being imposed / enforced by the staff there. Also some of the staff was also not wearing masks.I used the Business Class /Luxury Class, some of the seats dont have seat belts. They dont provide headphones.Laslty, the hostess was wearing masks but once again most of the passengers were not wearing masks, nor the buss staff was encouraged them to.

Needs many improvements, especially on customer care and services.. like proper indications and directions.. parking fee is high and cargo services are not at par wrt home delivery.

Great Staff, even greater service. I often travel from Faisalabad to Lahore and vice versa and experienced traveling with Faisal Movers, Bilal Travels, Kohistan etc but they take the least time to reach their destination and dont stop unnecessarily. Although I think they shouldnt cancel their bus time whenever they want to, they should at least send a msg 2 hour before canceling their bus service and should automatically reserve a seat for you in next time available.

Well , i loved this place because there were some reasons! 1) had a quite large waiting area !. Food Corner , which includes beverages , cold drinks , chips , coffee , Latte , Tea , and fast food including Fries and much more ! Had proper restrooms facilities and gift shops . Everything was Air conditioned in Summer , and warm in winter . A Nice & Cozy place . And when u Travel with them , they offer u unlimited supply of water ; but the one thing i disliked was that they stopped supplying refreshments to their client and increased their Fares and Taxes .

There are two things Id like to mention here.First, the place could receive more attention cleanliness wise.Secondly, please someone check price list on the items sold in the cafeteria because they are almost double pricey than actual price.

Daewoo Terminal Lahore is far better and cleaner with all the safety measures. There is a lot of sitting place there. It is suggested to sit near a switch board which is qiite useful. Just for the people who are concerns of eatery and washrooms, there is a pretty cool tuc shop inside the terminal. Also there is a Signature Cafe besides the terminal. Now talking about washrooms, Washrooms are pretty clean and well settled. P.S: They should attach Muslim Showers there. Thats it for the review. I hope that you get all the information you want. Very very very worst and pathetic daewoo serviceFaisal movers is too much good compared to daewooI booked sahiwal tick seat18 and got 4 no seat that one was v badCall centre person confirmed me 450 rupees fair and i got charged 470 while i was having recording as well30 minutes bus came late from 11 amThen lahore to sahiwal we have covered distance in 4 hours and their bus no was 1705

Very good app and efficient service however timings are no where near what is stated for arrival. I would suggest a survey to update the arrival times and route times.

This place got a whole new upgrade recently. Now it has a waiting area with chillers (very useful in summer) and other facilities like Masjid, Canteen, Washroom.

The service is getting bad by the min. I had a worst experience this time. I hope that the management works to make it better.

It was a good experience I actually visited the any bus terminal in Lahore. Its a long time ago that i travelled by Bus from Gujrat to Lahore. As most of the time i visited the cities with my private vehicle. I was thinking too muchThe seats were not comfortable as compared to my vehicleBut I dont think this is a fair enough to make comparison between private vehicle and Public transport.The situation at the terminal is good the seating arrangements are quite good.The staff at terminal is quite good but the security positions are pathetic. Crowdy place you can find busses to different destinations. Busses are bit comfortable but mostly tired after long running. This terminal hits both sides one is Multan road and other Canal road.

Its a good service. Free WiFi. Tickets are a bit expensive then its competitors but its worth it. They go all over Pakistan. Their booking system comes in handy and you always find a bus to travel. Wait time is mostly less than an hour. They have a canteen and a clean bathroom at every stop. They have a lot of customers so its mostly crowded.

Just to enter the bus stand for picking up your cargo already paid for, you have to pay RS.50 at the barrier. Lanat ho Aisi service pr. I want to know how much Daewoo earns from such venture while making the visitors disgruntled and dissatisfied. Shame on the company for being heartless and non customer oriented.

Daewoo terminals are very good. Secure and staff are very cooperative. I always prefer daewoo express services instead of other bus services . Like local who dont have there own terminals and educated, well trained staff really makes a difference. Even for women I always prefer daewoo express bus services for secure journey.

The company is loosing its quality standards.Heard from lot of people the company was sold to private investors by dewo Korea.

Standards are compromised ,buses are so filthy plus no bus pads available. Used to number 01 from good side ,it is number 01 from bad side now. NOT RECOMMENDED

Though, this bus service use to be one of the best but now its deteriorating its services. Excluding Gold Class, most of the buses are old, noisy and in pathetic condition.There passenger care is poor, terminal are not having comfortable sitting areas.

There is a nice environment and big waiting area. It is the best daewoo terminal from all over the punjab.

Staff is good, everything is organized but only problem is there buses. They are old and not much comfortable as compared to other services.

Although the buses are not up to the mark, and lot of other competitors are introducing comfortable and latest buses but there online presence is a plus always. One can plan a journey and book/pay online.

Good in transportation services but they charge token at Lahore Terminal on Customer Vehicles.

Long waiting. The staff on the ticketing table misbehave, and also reserve seats were sold. Miss management. Buses usually arrives / departure late. No proper check on staff. No proper Govt. SOPs being followed to avoid spread of Covid-19.

I was travelling from lahore to Gujrat in 3rd class bus . They charge 540 for uncomfortable bus healths and dirty seats and bad smell. Every passenger is talk about daewoo mismanagement.

Deawoo Terminal is a good place for travelers, they serve good services but not best.

Busses are very old and not properly clean, kindly update your busses as you upgraded your fares.

Everything fine but no people are sitting close to each other but wearing masks which is a nice thing. as well place from inside is clean and good temprature.

Really good although the busses are not as good as they must be but terminals are good clean and shops for snacks inside terminal are overcharging passengers. Which is usually observed ar all daewoo terminals.

A good facility having most of the necessary facilities in waiting lounge. Staff is also ourteous. It has a big store for eatables, toys and gift items.

They used to be a pretty good service. But now they are significantly down. Ticket prices are way too high. More than double of the regular AC coaches. They have also stopped drinks, snacks etc on relatively smaller routes: LHR-SKT, LHR-GRT etc. Buses quality is also not up to the mark anymore.

Th Bus fleet from Gujranwala to lhr is obselete.Fare is very high but buses are very old, disappointed.Even local bus services are providing good quality of buses and smooth journey...Monopolist.....

Daewoo used to be the best bus service in Pakistan , but in my point of view they have compromised on quality a bit , it is pertinent to mention here that routes like Lahore to Muzafargarh and Dera Ghazi Khan etc busses are quite old now which is not so convenient as they were before , Bilal Travels and Faisal movers are their competitors , their fares are less as compared to Daewoo. Moreover, u wont get any snacks or beverages during trip like they were served before.

Travelled from Lhr to Mtn. Nice experience. Staff was cooperative but the vehicle was not upto the mark. Should travel through FM instead.

Travel experience was very nice but they need to make sure that their staff is working more efficiently.
