Bilal Travels is a really good transportation service as the pricing is really good and I use it mostly for my long travel routes. The buses are great, clean and super comfy. You wont be disturbed while you travel as they are open and good for sleep too.However, if there is an issue with their online booking system even if you have paid for the ticket, they wont assist you with good customer support and will try to blame the app provider which they have partnered with. Its strange they treat their customers this way.They should improve their customer support as the rest is all good.

Bilal Travels is among good transportation company in Pakistan for transportation. If someone want to travel Pakistan he/she must try local transportation because it is full of traditional touch of music, fun, colors and cloths you can avail and left busses any where...Toad lines are most beautiful than Railway lines..

The inside bus experience is good. Ive travelled a lot and almost every time they delay the departure just to have a chance for more people to fill the seats or in simple words they want more money and time doesnt matter to them. But still I dont understand how, the bus arrives on time.

Second best travel source in the city after Faisal movers. Latest buses and highly organised staff and captains. Really best than Skyways and Daewoo Express. I would love to prefer it on another bus service in town. Prices are some extra ordinary high but the price is worth their standard.

Bilal Travel is a great Service!its busses are equipped with the latest equipment and technology. Staff is well mannered. One thing that lag is the departure time. Like if it is 05:00 pm it must be exactly 05:00 pm to depart.This minor change needs to happen to improve the service.

Buss was Comfortable as 2004 not according to 2020 manners.. When i bought ticket online it shows that headphones chargers wifi available but non of them is working. LCDs are out of order Its wonder that why they installed it.Very boring buss..just see 0% Battery sign again and again. Need to be like 2020..Not recmended for young generation only for old travellers.

Well to be honest the Lahore terminal was okay Bus was cool though I couldnt watch anything on their tablet.However on the way back as I went to Peshawar terminal,it was a total disaster. From Lahore to Peshawar I paid 1200, and from Peshawar to Lahore it was 1300, but it was just the start of a nightmare. First the bus which was supposed to go on 12:00 was dropped and we were forced to go on an old bus at 12:30 which started its journey at 12:50, and then stopped every now and the. No lunch or food was served only a glass of water and pepsi. Made atleast three stops and I stead of reaching at 17:30 we reached somewhere near 20:00. Oh boy what a journey

Their standard is getting down day by day, buses are old and need full refurbishment. Seats are too small and leg space is very less... A few years back Bilal Travels was best choice to travel to Lahore. But its not comfortable. Ill choose Faisal Movers from now on because their buses are new, and well maintained and clean. Seats are bigger and they have bigger leg space...

Avoid them at any cost. They have grown and don’t have enough resources to manage thingsReasons to hate them:1. Despite reservation on fone, our seats were sold to someone else(yes, we reached in time)2. They risked by letting a malfunction bus depart Pindi which could only go as far as chakri and we were all stranded3. No communication on what happened and what’s next4. They adjusted few passengers in each bus that was on the way5. Broken Seats on the bus they accommodated us in.Do yourself a favor, say good bye to them(I already have)

No LCD working, No charging point, very low budget lunch services, hostess is not interested in providing any facility. Fare is also same as compared to other service providers which provide much better services.

It is a good place to start your journey but during rush days/ public holidays keep the RUSH Factor in mind.It is better if you get your seat/s reserved to avoid any trouble.

Good service!It was a nice journey with Bilal travels.Buses are up to date, refreshment boxes were also served.Arrival and departure was on the time. But there was no option for the Mobile charging, also there were no seat belts available.Entertainment system was also good with collection of movies and entertainment programs.Overall its a nice travel company for traveling.

Bilal travels used to be good with their service but I think since they have established a name they have reduced quality of service. For the last 3 times our bus broke down. 1 time the tyre burst on motorway and thank god we avoided an accident. 2nd time the tyre got stuck as I asked them to stop the bus since it was making a noise. 3rd time the bus did not start on the terminal so at least we didnt start out journey. They dont check their maintenance and just want to run buses.

Last time bus was too much dirty, chairs were not comfortable, per ticket cost 500 from Lahore to Sialkot. No SOPs were following. Poor management in bus. No a single glass of water was offered. Very disappointed service, fortabbas time bus was used for Sialkot.

Although bilal travels came after daewoo express, having less reach to minor cities such as gujranwala, it has gained the trust and confidence of many citizens who avail its services due to provision of excellent comfort and cheap fares. I hope they expand their reach further so that everyone can have a premium traveling experience.

I have traveled alot with Al-hilal travels and i really enjoyed my journey.

Always worst and horrible experience of trevelling with bilal travels.Non professional and rude staff.They pick passengers on the way like a local.They refill fuel during travel and waste a lot of time. When i m typing tall his review they are busy refueling their bus from Sial More Total petrol pump.Seats are very congested.I dont know about other routes but all i am talking about their LHR- SGD route.Never ever travel on this route with them.

Services are great. But as far as refreshments from the tuc shop are concerned, most of the things are over-priced. So you might want to get your snacks from some shop elsewhere...

They are not maintaining their buses..Most of seats needs repair. Seat belts dont work and some times in rain, roof leaks.

Pathetic business class service from lahore to Islamabad. No servings. No charging ports are available in bus. No bus hostess to serve water and other refreshment stuff. Bus engine was much nosiy.Business class of daewoo and faisal movers is much better than bilal business class. Would not recommend to travel.

A water bottle and thats it. All the refreshment youd ever get from these misers. They dont leave till the bus is full. However they drop you off near golra morr, thats the only plus you get.

It is a new bus service company working from 3 to 4 years. And serve a great amount of people than any other company. Obviously with their best services,which includes bus environment, safe driving, reached on time, upright and advanced buses with free wifi, water and bus hostess facilities. Their station also facilitate its passengers for separate waiting areas of male and female. Staff is also cooperative. In Faisalabad they operate two different places. Used to be one of the best transport services but it has now drastically changed and it is not that ideal bus service now.

Ticketing system is slow. Headphones were not provided in bus. Bus Reached at multan which was 30 minutes late from Lahore.Bus was clean and Air Conditioners were working properly. Please also note that now they are not using Bilal Daewoo Terminal in Lahore which was at Niazi Adda. Now its Ali Express and they are using Ali Express Terminal which is 1 or 1.5 kilometers away from Niazi Adda.
