Too much bad services.I visited this office to reschedule my ticket, they took more than 2 hours for this. Also their Sops and my personal experience was too drastic.

One of the worst experience in my life i faced with Air Blue.they know how to charge the money from client but dont know how to refund.even though they have not facilitate to the passenger and charge the cancellation as per their own wish.I said to them i will never recommend you to any one.and reply is shocking by the supervisor at Gulberg 2 jail road office replied so why you are purchasing the ticket with air blue however you have lot of options. How rude they are.

They didnt had a wise and responsible management. They didnt treated me as a customer. I had done my decision that not only me but no one from our family or relatives will use Air Blue.Not only office but there airports management were not responsible .I had a better experience in PIA than Air Blue. I missed my flight because of the management.

Tickets are very expensive and also flights are not good. Their service is very pathatic.

The whole office sucks. Their staff is talking to each other as if they are at their house. Ladies are laughing loud and discussing tv serials. Such a bad experience.
