KotLakhpat is a small railway junction loacted almost in the centre of Lahore now a days due to expansion of Lahore. Almost 80 percent of trains stop here for maximum of 5 minutes.

Despite of alot of passengers area there is no security check ups,no helping desks, no proper facilities available. I dont know whats higher authoritoes are doing.

It is just ok. No bathrooms and shelter for passengers.govt should be take steps for these poor condition of station.

Its just local station

Its sub station of lahore. Only limited trains stop here. But sitting area is not very good.

Not much a busy station, though passengers use it to commute in country via iron wheels...Lack of facilities, if govt. pay attention to it and renovate it on modern lines then it could be a useful station of lahore.

After the main station of Pakistan Railway Lahore ,this is the sub and important railway station of Kot Lakhpat covered huge local area.but one thing is bad.. here sitting place is not good and not good for cleaniness

Very good station but needs improvement.There should be shady place for harshness of weather.80% people from new Lahore choose this station because Lahore junction is at distance.Train stay is not more than 2 minutes.Only you can get into the train or get off.You should be alert during train stop.Have a safe journey.Thank you

Lack of facilities for passengers at this station.Govt will must take a step. i.e there is no water dispenser. Very few sitting seat for passengers. No waiting room in hot or cool season.

No Express Train has stop here. If Pakistan Railway Start Rail Cars for Rawalpindi from here it will be very helpful for citizens living in this area of City. As they extended the route in Islamabad till Margalla Railway Station, Islamabad. Similarly up Trains Going to up side and down trains should also have stop here. It will help a lot in solving traffic problems in city.

No water, no sitting place , terroble situation. Pak Rail should think about this place as it is the 2nd largest Railway station in lahore.

Congested and barriers are placed for motorbike users to restrict entry. But who cares for wheel chair users here. Pathetic spot. Must be upgraded for mobility assistance.All persons required to cross the railway lines on foot to get other way. No overhead bridge is available here.

This railway station is good as it is more accessible to city.. while it bears more travellers than its capacity. It need to be updated.

Looks like a very old Railway Station... Visited recently, it was quite good...

Kot Lakhpat Railway Station is very old and became very useful when having two top engineering companies Ittefaq Foundries and PECO were operational. Very rushy in train times. You can buy tickets from here but I will prefer to buy online through mobile app. It is very useful for people for traveling towards Multan, Sukkur, Karachi.

Good for reaching out to trains without the hassle of crossing bridge.

Old Railway Station which cover the biggest area after Main Railway Station, Kot Lakhpat cover the south west side of Lahore which facilitate following big towns like, Township, Green Town, Garden Town, Model Town, Faisal Town, Johar Town, and 60% people can use this Railway Station and overall burden on Main Railway Station can be reduce if all passenger / Express train can make stop there but unfortunately only few trains stop there for 2 minutes maximum

Its great facility to travel from there but there are some improvements are required such as there is no suitable waiting place for passengers. Also the management of that station not well trained there attitude is not so good, they not informed passengers with correct information. So these type of many improvements are required otherwise it is great facility for the people of that areaa

Nice place but not well maintained

Small railway station with no facilities and not have even proper platform! You have to leave train on track and have to find your way out ! The only thing due to which i am giving 4 star is its location !

Railway station needs major renovation as building and platform condition is very pathetic. However this train station is providing good facility of people living in nearby areas. Very few trains stop here including Allama Iqbal Express, Khyber Mail Express and Awam Express. It is a busy station many passengers use this station to ride.

The whole station needs to be revamped on emergency basis. There is no cross over bridge so It is troublesome for the passengers when freight or any other train is standing on platform and passengers have to cross to reach the platform.

Some train stop there others not. So its convenient to check train availability and save time to take train from koot lakhpat rather then going to cantt station.

Kot Lakhpat Railways station is a historic place located closer to Kot Lakhpat jail. Ittefaq Foundry (no more exists) and Kot Lakhpat industrial estate. almost all trains coming from and going to South stop here

Great no. of passengers travel from this station but station is very old with very little facilities for passengers

Station is clean ....not so crowdy....quite good option if you live in faisal town,township or coming from outside of lahore....but you should check first if your train stops at this station.

Bad Railway Timing...I am visiting in one time, my train timing is 6 pm and train is arrived at 8:30 pm.

To me the second busy Railway Station in the metropolitan city of Lahore after Lahore Junction Railway Station . Many express and passenger trains run from Kot Lakhpat to different cities of Pakistan daily. Almost every train stops here but stay is hardly minute or two. Awam Express , Allama Iqbal Express , Multan Exp , Jaffar Exp , Khyber Mail , Karachi Exp ,Musa Pak Express and Fareed Express are famous trains from Kot Lakhpat train station.

A small station before or after Lahore Railways station. most of the trains stops here only for 2 mins and a huge amount of people departure and arrival here.

Kot Lakhpat Railway Station is one of the oldest Railway Stations of the world. It is neglected by government of Pakistan and is in pathetic condition now a days.
