No one answer the phone for the 3rd day and the saying on the website its 24/7 the service looks very bad, on their insragram they didnt helped, they just asked me to call the local office, the one is not answering, Really glad Im not traveling with them, its risky.

No one is attending the help line, have tried multiple times during the office hours.

Tried calling on their land line numbers and no one picks up. Gave up eventually.
