People dont follow lane rules and try to overtake by making a third lane whereas only 2 toll bars are there to exit. Therefore a lot of rush and mess is created which hampers the smooth flow of traffic. The person sitting on computer get the prescribed toll tax but try to avoid giving printed receipt. Hence causing a loss to Govt. Exchequer
