Closed because of lock down restrictions

The office was closed but I got the local number which solved my issue

They are still not open due to Covid, their app and website dont help you change bookings, and if you call their number theyll put you on hold, finally after a 45 minutes hold call I was able to change my booking

Staff not available and dont properly guide

Office is open and staff is there inside office but they watchman says office is closed since March 2020

Best services by the best airline in the World. Customer service is good at the local office. They accept card payments as well. Current office is shifted at better location than the previous one.Always a pleasure flying with Qatar.

Very bad experience.They don’t give preference treatment to 80+ years old elderly. Kept for two hours in waiting. Lady was German and Shazia, the lady attending was in bad mood. Qatar Airways needs to give her employees crash course in human relations.

Ur basic airline service office. take-a-number type service. nothing bad, myself i was treated really well and with a lot of patience with my complex problem. waiting area is enough for 6-8 people, while 2 counters are there for service.biggest plus is thta the office is available near gulberg, and no need to go into downtown lahore
