Its a NADRA Mega Center opened first in Islamabad in 2016 and then in Lahore in the same year. It remains open 24/7 and works in shifts of 8 hours each. There 68 single window counters available for service, out of which they normally operate 30-34 at a time during the day shifts, and mostly all in the night shift. Service is usually very smooth and one can usually get served within 30 min. Free car parking is available inside the center during the day and motorcycles are parked outside. Photocopy/printing shops are also available just outside the center.

Wonderful experience.This office is huge, beautifully designed, neat & clean, a lot of counters & staff members working hard in very friendly & cooperative way to guide people.I went there for my ID card work& it took me less than 30 minutes to complete all my process.This office is located at Shimla Peharri.I was amazed that how they have improved technology & whole process to facilitate customer services.Highly recommended & thumbs up for great services.

What makes this NADRA Center worst is that the service is slow. Huge line of people queues up waiting to get inside. They would have to wait 1 hour to get inside. Once inside, you will find that most of the counters are closed which explains why the service is running slow. Highly disappointed that there are so many empty counters that can can relief the burden of huge queue forming outside.However, we cannot undermine the fact that the staff are excellent here. Their behaviour with people are best. They have shown quite a good patience but most importantly are committed to their job. The person at the information desk has accommodated my needs for making a FRC much better than the incompetent staff at the NADRA Executive College Road Township Branch. Perhaps NADRA Executive College Road Branch can learn a thing or two from the staff here on how to deal with people. They should know they are hired as servants of the public and if thats too much to swallow then they should quit their job or aggravation of people will harm them for sure and thats a promise.

It is hard to believe that this place is run by the government. Unlike all other government facilities, this place is run by a professional team in an efficient manner. All the workers are professionally trained except the guards.

I went to make my smart nic. The staff is very cooperative. The service was speedy and helped me and my mother who renewed her old nic. I appreciate how maintained the office is.

Worst experience ever. One word to describe this place “Unprofessional”. I waited for more than 5 hours in the cue and then found out that fast track is working slow. Finally after the executive person tells me that my computerised certificate has no computer record. Well done NADRA for making our lives miserable.Google should give us a no star option because they don’t deserve even a single one.

Given number in this adress is wrong. They should either remove it so that the owner of this phone will not get distributed so do ppl will not get distracted or it must be charged to the original one.I had visited and happy to know that we do have an office which is intact 24 hours in Lahore.

Really an excellent experience the person before me sitting there was an old man who took like half an hour for a five minute job but the professionalism of workers there is commendable. She was polite and understanding.I didnt have necessary documents for my required job. Which was told to me in a polite and mannered way. Exceptionally good service for a third world country. Keep up the good work.

The service is amazing but should be supervised properly. I visited 6 hours earlier, many of the counters were not serving, the officer at counter 33 where I was referred dealt another client first though it was my turn.

It was 31st October 2020 day Saturday ,I visited Nadra Mega center at 6pm .There were more then 300 people, mine number was after 268. Zero rating.I came back without Renew my CNIC.

Amazed by the top notch, professional, friendly and fast staff. The lady at the counter 3 was amazing. Even went out of the way to advise me whats best for me at this point. Truly impressed by her and by rest of the Enviornment.

Environment here is great and the staff is well trained. Office is fully air conditioned and there is a large seating arrangement for visitors. Previous office was lacking all these facilities. Thanks to the Government service quality have now much improved.

Well Trained staff fast and efficient service

Very crowded place. In mid day time only few counters are working, others are are said to be on break. Very sluggish work. Most of the people are standing, waiting for some seats to be vacated at least or their turn. Needs a lot of improvement indeed.

Few of the staff members are rude in dealing with people...These public servants does not properly guide people,especially to those who are illiterate...improvement is required...

The largest centre in Lahore with services offered round the clock. THE MOST RELAX TIME IS IN THE MORNING BEFORE 11AM. After that it starts getting really busy with all the people flooding in. Waiting time easily reaches 2-3 hrs especially in the evening and over night.The purpose built centre is really good with very decent lighting and lively decor.They’ve around 40 counters in total but after office timings, only a few keep running.The services are really fast and they actually keep their words of delivering it even before time.The parking is hell of an issue but manageable.

This is a Mega center of Nadra Pakisran in Lahore which is open round the clock and on weekend as well. People now have an access to NADRA services even on weekend and without any huge delays as you may face in their other branches. Overall response from public is good and heavy rush is seen here most of the time.

Today, I visited the NADRA mega center, with my family, for the renewal of our ID cards and the issuance of new cards of my kids. I reached there at 7.40 pm. It was an excellent experience. Within two minutes, we got our turn on counter no. 3; the person serving there, I think Mr. Atif, was a very cooperative and humble person. He guided us for the whole procedure and quickly finished the necessary documentation. Overall, I was feeling to be served in a developed country. Thank you very much NADRA and the whole team for such an excellent service. Keep it up.Suggestions for NADRAI suggest to keep each counter a bit private place with some partition, as, unfortunately, some people in the waiting area were continuously peeping in during the whole procedure.Suggestions for visitorsThis is a 24-hour service center, so you can visit at anytime that suits you. Car parking is difficult but you can get a place somewhere around. No documents are required there. Just keep one photocopy of your ID card if you are visiting for renewal; or, you can get it outside the main entrance. I think night time on working days is better.

This place is a great amenity. I came here today to get my NADRA card, and I didn’t even have to wait a minute. They had like 40 counters in the office, and great air conditioning. I had one concern though, the staff was nonprofessional, but no one was rude. Got my card applied in less than 30 minutes.

Earlier this office provided 24 hours service !!! But now when it is our turn, this is the timing of the office !!! What a pity !!! If you cant believe it, see for yourself !!!

This place is hell crowded though for convenience of people they are working for 24 hours. One has to wait for 2-3 hours for his turn even more after receiving token. Better to come early morning before 8 or late at night after 11 o clock. Parking is a great issue if you are coming on car. I would suggest to ask someone to drop you or come by motorbike as they have enough space for bikes.

A bit chaotic to start with, just one person at the reception for hundreds of people. There are 40 stations for processing applications, still takes around 2 hours to get your turn. Once there, the system is very efficient and everything is done at the same place. Not enough seating for the number of applicants. So difficult for senior citizens and children. Did not see any access for disabled as well.

Good quality service. The center is open all the time.We visited after 11am and at around 12pm it was full of customers. So I suggest to be there late.A customer told that its good to come at 2am or little later.The area is crowdy so there is no issue of security within this area.Its 5 minutes drive from Railway station and around 20 minutes drive from bus station.5 to 10 minutes from PC, Avari, 4 Star Sherston hotels.

Go with 2-3 other plans as well because. It will take more than 1.5 hrs for your turn. Take the coupon. Estimate the time from countdown and take second coupon if u miss the first one and come back again after doing some other work. ️ (in my case half of counters were closed on Saturday 6pm before Moharram)

They dont allow backpacks and they dont have any lockers to store stuff. Guards are also very uncooperative. I had to call 7777 to register my complaint. After that they let me in with my backpack.They dont use their own photocopy machines and ask every one to arrange copies of documents.

Very well maintained and managed. It is best to reach there early in the morning. Plenty of car parking, plenty of space to sit. It is mostly one window operation.Staff is very helpful and will sort your requirement efficiently. More than 30 active counters. But remember, take all the required documents with you. If you all the required documents, you will be sorted out quickly, else it is not their responsibility.NADRA has spent a lot of efforts in term of acquiring heavy equipment and training their staff at this specific center and really deserve an applause on this.

Excellent 24/7 services are provided here. Professional staff, a lot of counters for facilitating visitors and for saving them from long waiting. Staff is very helpful.

Reached today for CRC of my daughter and they asked me to go back and leave me other two kids back home. بندہ پوچھے کدے کول۔ yes they are quick and fast but they need to accommodate people. Gurads were stopping ordinary people like me and people who were creating a mess were allowed with kids. They need to treat everyone equally.

Poor parking..Long waiting queue but limited seating..Senior Officers are not obliging..Nearly half of the counters are regularly unavailable..

I had great experience. Best part is their 1 window operations. I dont have to talk to multiple people. One person will take care of all sorts of activists required to be performed. 24x7 and open on all holidays too. What else can you ask for? Take executive option to get card sooner but youve to wait for your turn if queue is large. But there are 40 counters so its pretty quick. Visiting late night gets you first turn :)
