It used to be as fantastic as someone may think but now due to an increased number of people, this place has turned into a rushy lounge. To increase the space to accommodate more persons, theyve changed it a bit which I personally didnt like much! Although serving of items and cleanliness is maintained, but rush is something I dont seriously like.......

It was my first time. I boarded from Pano Aqil cantonment for Karachi Cantonment, in the executive class. Staff was fine except the boarder.I used the same service back to my home, Pano Aqil Cantonment. I had pre booked the seats as the first time. The bus this time was sub standard.

The lounge was terrible. The least they can do is improve their lounge toilet. The multan lounge is a lot better. Faisal movers need a similar comfortable lounge as in Multan. On the other hand. The executive class bus to multan is very comfortable and lots of leg space. They need to provide better quality head sets, as the one they provide, you have to keep moving the wire to hear on both headphones. Hope they start the same bus they use for Islamabad, for multan too.

Poor Quality bus. Tickets were booked for business class but they placed us in executive class. Seats were broken. Ac didnt work properly. DO NOT USE FAISAL MOVERS.

Timing changed without any intimation. Got reservation to fsld in business class at 7pm. Receivee sms. But time changed at 11th hour without any sms or call. I am a businessman and this action destroy my 2 urgant appointments.

Rates are reasonable as compared to the Sammi Daewoo and buses are even better

Please change your buses with new vehicles and drivers as well...Please check your executive class buses.Its full of noises environment and vibration as well..I dont know it drivers fault or bus and also we arrived in 5 and half in lahore from Rawalpindi.Please check the status of 5-09-18 time 15:30 Rawalpindi to Lahore.
