The most worthless inefficient company. Complaint No. 3289360 is about their bill payment app not working. When I call complaint 1218, she suggested that I should pay by Jazz or go to a bank to pay. After long argument they put me to billing, then they put me to some other department, (I think IT.) She said send us the screen shots and we will fix it. Three days later there is no response and no fix, nobody even called me. That is shameful. I think their license should be revoked. PTCL has no right to be in public service business. I run an IT company in USA, such complaints are investigated in minutes and fixed in a few hours. I believe all the staff in PTCL is Nawaaz Shareefs safarshias. PTCL management, wake up; it is people like you who are inviting foreign nations to come and rule us.
The staff was cooperative.
Good customer service. I had to get my conmection disconnected and my relevant exchange was township, they routed me to this exchange and they get my adjustments done. Most importantly, without routing me to my relevant exchange whereas on the other hand township exchange had me routed here whereas it was there duty to resolve my issue. Business manager and finance dept staff was on leave for many days on that exchange.

Im using a telephone line since 2008 . Yesterday I requested someone to get register my complaint of no dial tone. Today I called again at 1218 and got the complaint# 66.A lineman came he told me theres no complaint registered (I was thinking that Allah sent him by Wahi) but he was demanding cash for a wire some body had stolen may be. I told him its not my problem to look after the pole outside my premises. And im not gonna pay for the wire and before deactivating i will write to PM Portal.I told my staff to check how much wire is short while my boys were working on it that lineman came again n told him not to touch or do it ourselves. And his tone and a sentence was like he will complaint to some one against us for touching our own wire . I called 1218. while I was calling the line man said even if you will fix the wire it will not work. I told my staff to bring him here so I want to listen it myself. The lineman refused to come so I reached out there at the cabin where he was doing some thing.I mean what is this ???????Is PTCL is feeding Ghundaa ???Do we need to be blackmailed like Purana Pakistan.
Never helpful. No customer counter, you will have to roam around to find someone and plead them to listen to your problem, only to get a lukewarm response of absolutely no use.
Went to terminate phone and internet services due to very poor technical performance. But they made very long time to do that.
