No car parking and its a congested road only street parking is available. Save yourself a hassle and take Uber or Careem. Staff is ok just like every other government department. I transferred car in February at the Excise office in Defence but didnt receive computerized registration card for almost 8 months. I opened complaint on Prime Minister Citizen Portal and they printed card within 15 days and asked me to pick up from Farid Court Excise office.

First of all parking issue for cars, ample parking for bikes. You can pay your annual token tax of cars, submit documents for transfer of your car and bike, new numbers are also issued from here, attractive numbers are also available by paying huge fees. Property tax offices are situated on 1st floor.

They are big liars they wrote here office is open till 11.30pm but they close it 2pm and after 2 they put close all the window. This office earn a lot off profit from us but their website telling fake information for people i went there and they treat me like i m not paying them they are paying me.so i m disappointed for these help desk and their behave.

Their are a lots of agents around the building but dont ask them to do work for you. Go to officers direct and talk to him.

Didnt expect such good behavior from Government staff, my suggestion is if you visit excise office for new registration, transfer of ownership or any other purposes, do it by your self, dont listen to the agent who stopped at excise entry gate.
