No doubt ArhamSoft is leading company,but their management is totally failed in conducting interviews.They call candidates at 2pm for interview but conduct their interviews at5pm.

My advice is not to apply here because they have no manners to deal with employee especially owner. I went there for interview for the position of SQA Engineer. I was talking to him during conversation he told me to stand in front of table when i stood he told me is this way you go to the office. Interview is over we will contact you. If you dont want to give me a job than why you scheduled interview just to insult me?

Be careful. This company is not trust worthy. They failed to finish my project because of their very weak experience and they refused to deliver any code and took the development web site offline. Now they just disappear. This is the only company that I ever seen doing such irresponsible things during my long experience with IT companies. It is my first experience with a company from Pakistan and really it is a bad experience. They simple spoil the reputation of their country.

Never seen such ill minded and untrusty people First hire you will a contact and hold your degrees after job they require me to deliver in an impossible time with an ambition to do late sitting and work from home even without any extra pay adjustment and I didn’t follow this. After about 2 weeks they expelled me for two reasons low progress and comparative high salary as per my performance also offered me to join them as a fresh person. It seems to me their issue was my salary as they already did alot of bargain at the time of my hiring.I am not the only one but they did the same with many others also.Purpose of this review note is to inform others people to be aware of such deceivers
