Nice staff reasonable prices and good service

Terrible customer service. Bought a new pair of shoes. It was damaged. Wore it for half an hour and found the defective under wire around the strap which was exposed and kept rubbing on the foot. Came back to shop within 24 hours and spoke to manager who refused to change the shoe point blank. Horrible customer service. Wasted money and time coming to this shop. My advice: avoid this shop.

Horrible quality and services. Bought a new pair of shoes but after 4 days shoes color faded when i complained they denied to change this shoes pair. That is not fair.

The varity and price is good and I am glad that walkeaze have started loyalty card in which I can add points and redeem it later.Only thing I dont like is that if I buy anything on reduced price the points of the product is not added in the card which I think is unfair because the points are basically the rewards a customer get in response of the product purchased.Reduced items are not free of cost and still hold value therefore the I would like to suggest to walkeze that points on reduced products should also be added in customer card.As I have already mention above that that points are the rewards customer gets on purchasing from walkeaze therefore a customer have the right to get rewarded for pruchasing anything(fresh and old) from walkeaze.Thankyou.
