Worst customer service. They dont even bother replying to you after they realize theres an issue. Never buying from them again. Beware! Its all sunshine and rainbows till everythings going good. But if theres an issue ... well, lets just say they are NOT on the customers side!

Its a smaller shop with limited variety. But if you are interested in buying a shoe which is available on their web site, they can arrange it on a days notice.

In outlet there is one sales man who came from karachi. When I visited i was come back without purchasing but they really tried hard and present hand bag according to my choice. He is doing a excellent job.
