It is authorized Toyota showroom. It caters all the services for Toyota vehicles under one roof, i.e. new cars sales, repairs and maintenance, spare parts, denting painting, electrical services, wheel balancing and alignment, car accessories, etc.Customers waiting lounge is available while car is in the workshop.However their service charges and prices of spare parts are higher than the normal market rates.My experience here was not good. They could not find the fault in Vitz car, which was later diagnosed by an outsider electrician.

It was just Fine as expected from Toyota Official..

Their staff is very proactive, everyone tries to make sure you are attended. Mr Abdul Samad and his coordinator were very patient, and gave me a lot of their time to diagnose a complex problem with my car. I highly recommend Toyota Garden Motors.

Huge and well showroom in my townA showroom is a permanent enclosed space used to present a performance. Sometimes it is customized for a particular show; for example, the Las Vegas Hilton showroom used for the rock opera Starlight Express was customized by pouring concrete ramps onto its stage area and in the seating area.Some showrooms are used daily, while others are only used when a performer is booked to perform. In some cases, a showroom is leased to a performer, who then retains all income rather than being paid by the showroom owner.

Toyota Altis Remote problem solved.

They need to improve their customer service. When booking an appointment for 10,000 check up and oil change I asked the customer rep what were the charges. She told me between 7 to 8 thousand . I ended up paying 20k as she had forgotten to tell me service charges.However the technical advisor was very helpful.

Toyota Motors is the most expensive shop for bad quality products they even try to replace parts for even a minor or no issue. Some of readers will not agree with me but definitely everyone has a different experience. They use security and safety as a card. Its nothing just they try to convince you to replace part and they charge 5x for replacement. I also feel that the they are selling sub standard products.

Coperative staff.

I visited there after a 9..10 months and they have improved. I use to maintain my car from here but then i shifted to Toyota Walton because Toyota garden is lose my trust. Their mechanics are not upto the mark.

I admit i have to change my views about this company after I experienced what havoc these other workshops played with my car. Yes they charge more apparently but it pays you in the long run. These guys know exactly what they are doing. They have proper custom made tools for Toyota, trained staff from Toyota etc.
