One of the best experiences this year! Absolutely took me by surprise as it was beyond my expectations. From the moment of checking in to the daily greetings to the warm service extended by all the staff, the place is a well operated hotel. Everything from the food selection to the rooms interior carries immaculate attention and worthy of being a 5 star hotel. All the staff were very hardworking and friendly but hats off to the night manager Mr. Hamza who was so courteous and professional that one can only wonder what talents the city has to offer as such hidden gems are far and few in between. I mention him especially as I had arrived earlier than my checkin time and it was still a few hours to go , he not only had the courtesy to make sure I am comfortably seated and well refreshed but also joined me and gave me company during those early hours of the morning , if felt as though I was catching up with a friend rather than a stranger. simply amazing talented youth we have in our country with noble and honorable culture, education and upbringing just left me feeling proud of our country and its future. From that moment till the checkout facilities , it was an amazing experience. The hotel has a bright future in the days ahead. Best wishes for all of you making it a success.
