I initially visited Dr. Nighat Tahira ( Acupuncturist) for a neck issue and associated minor headaches. I could not have been more impressed with the speed that Dr.Nighat Tahira was able to address this problem.Her knowledge and experience in dealing not only with this issue but also my general well-being has been amazing. I now have a sense of balance from a health perspective that has resulted in better sleep, a more relaxed sense of well-being but also from a fitness perspective I have found I have greater strength and endurance in the gym and other associated activities.I could not recommend Dr. Nighat Tahira enough to address not only specific physical issues but also your general well-being and health. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding and I am sure you will walk away feeling much better than you were when you arrived.

Its a very effective treatment. It solved many of my issues and Dr. Nighat herself is so friendly that you dont even feel you dealing with a doctor. I am pretty proud of her

Being a player it was an amazing experience with acupuncture. I never was introduced with this technique before. Got a knee injury and couldnt find any recovery through medicines. Finally got this treatment and with the 1st session half of my pain was gone and felt much better.. the dr herself was very kind and so impressive. I must appreciate and admire her abilities. She is the best acupuncturist around the town MASHA ALLAH.
